Wilber and his team were great. Arrived right on time and did a great job. They helped prepare by spackling and sanding as needed. I would absolutely hire again.

The workers did an excellent job for a fair price. There was an issue about the workers' arrival on the job, but Wilber made certain that they followed through and did the job responsibly on the day it was scheduled.

5 stars!! Wilber's Painting did a fine job. Interior walls were patched and painted. Exterior work included corking and painting. The shutters and door are looking fresh. Trim areas are corked and clean. All was ready in time to put my home on the market. ****Mr. Gonzalez recommended and changed my appointment to an earlier day to clear bad weather and be on time to put the home n the market. Great paint job two floors two colors about 20 hrs of work can't beat speed or price. I will be using them for my third floor and garage. My only suggestion would be for the company to use a service like [*** Link removed ***] to handle schedules and contract paperwork.

Communicated with Wilbur after purchasing the deal (for $200.00 for 4 hrs. of drywall or paint work) and set up time for them to come and work, weeks ahead (for drywall work in kitchen, bathroom and, entry area). I scheduled it for Memorial Day Monday at 8:30 am (as they only work on weekdays) which worked for me. I planned my day around this on Memorial Day as I was painting my home and wanted drywall repaired (where it had been removed) and some patchwork done (so that I can paint afterwards). Day prior to the holiday, I texted Wilbur to confirm time and he said two guys would be at my home for 2 hrs. which was fine (instead of 1 person for 4 hrs). However, once they reached my home and I showed them the area of repair, he said he would have the owner call me. The owner, Wilbur called to say they had to go buy drywall and that it would cost more money (almost $500) AND, that it had to be scheduled for another day because it would double the time to do the work ! The deal was for drywall repair so how you could show up without drywall even though I told him the areas beforehand, I do not know. He said the area that needed replacement drywall was larger than they thought. I thought that, that was just crooked business practice. If the work is for drywall repair, you should show up with the materials and not come up with excuses for not doing the work which is what I feel now. I did not schedule another time and my friend and I (inexperienced folks having never, ever done drywall) did the drywall work in 3 hrs. with less than $30 of supplies ! His guys could have easily done the work in less than 2 hrs. had they had the supplies ! My feeling is that they just didn't want to do it for whatever reasons which is their right but don't waste my time to do that ! They were eager to get to the next place. Wilbur may be nice but I won't recommend the company based on my experience. I am not going to pay my hard earned money to someone that feels nothing about wasting my time. I have never given anyone a bad review prior to this but I felt that I had to say this so that someone else can avoid what I went thru. I guess the only bright side is that I learned to put up drywall, mud and sand myself !!

Outstanding job yet again. Wilber was so flexible as I had to cancel several times due to business issues. Wilber's guys are always on-time and do awesome work.

Wilber and one other worker arrived when they said they would. They brought their lunch,so they were here without worrying when they would return. They covered everything painted and were finished in one day. Cleaned up and left. Very nice people.

Wilbur's crew began when he said they would. The work was completed within a week and he corrected all flaws that we pointed out to him. Great experience. Only advice I'd give is to use drop cloths vs. plastic as there was a bit of paint that got onto floors.

Very long story short, we had water damage in our condo from a leak under the shower of our upstairs neighbor. They had a company come in and replace the damaged ceiling. This company (Ortiz Construction) damaged our counter, got paint on our bedspread in the Master Bedroom, and abandoned the job. They completed up through point up of their original work, leaving us to paint the ceiling again and touch up the mess they made of the walls. Wilbur had an Angie's List offer for 8 hours of painting, so I hired him. Unfortunately, my honey had to go in for surgery which was supposed to be a couple weeks of recovery, but do to complications took a couple months. Wilbur was great at rescheduling and completely understanding. We eventually got on the schedule again and his guys came in and just got things done. Not only did they fix the splatter on our walls from the prior contractor, paint the ceiling really well, but they also took care of some cosmetic issues in the new dry wall (misaligned vent cutouts) to make sure it looked perfect. Great guys to work with and I would hire them again.

I bought a 199 dollar coupon from Angie’s list for 8 hours of painting work. Wilbur was quick and responsive, and came out to give me an estimate immediately. He assured me that painting over my current wallpaper in these rooms would be a lot of work and gave me an estimate of 850 plus purchase of paint. While it sounded a bit overpriced, I agreed. He put me on the books immediately, which I truly appreciated. I even changed my mind about what I wanted painted, and he was quite agreeable to it. The morning off, he was here with two women. They were professional and overall got the job done in a timely manner. However, it is the handling of payment that left me with a VERY bad taste in my mouth. I was struggling with two very small children, and about to leave for a birthday party when he insisted that I pay by check immediately. The job wasn’t finished. I asked if I could send a check by mail, all to no avail. Balancing a screaming baby, I grit my teeth and wrote the check. Frankly, I felt discriminated against. I highly suspect he wouldn’t ask this of anyone who was Caucasian and living in a gated community as I am. Most people would sympathize with a woman in that difficult situation. Also, a spot was missed. He came out to fix that within a couple of days, and apologized for the interaction. He stated many people haven’t paid him, that is why he insisted. And of course, talked over me as soon as my husband came in the room. That’s still no way to treat a young mom and professional who paid for what I suspect is an overpriced job. I’m sure he will deny all of this, but that doesn’t make it any less true. Don’t make assumptions about people when you don’t know them. While he and his crew did a great job, and he will insist he didn’t discriminate because he ‘hires black people’, I’m still very disappointed and cannot recommend him because of this. The truth hurts, sir please check your incorrect biases at the door. I doubt you would’ve done this to a man or a Caucasian, don’t do it to me, either. I have no intention of hurting you or your business, but I hope you keep this in mind during future interactions with other customers. For these reasons, I don’t think we’re a good fit in the future.

I bought Wilber’s Painting coupon for 4 hours of wallpaper removal and drywall repair. I am very pleased with the work they did! Two men here from 8 am until about 4:45 pm. Of course, I paid extra for the additional hours. Well worth it. The painters were great – they did a beautiful job, worked quickly, cleaned up the space well after completing the work. They even put my elfa shelfing back up in the office closet. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. I've included a photo of the drywall-repaired wall (the short wall without shelves) and the metal louvered closet doors they painted.

I thought I would be able to have a few rooms painted with two professional painters for 4 hours. I was surprised that he informed me that he could only do 1 room. My home is 1200 sqft and single story. They painted the ceiling and one wall. They tried to tell me it would take a week and full crew to paint the 4 rooms I requested. I was extremely disappointed. I have had the home quoted before and knew this was as not the case. I felt the deal was only to do the bare minimum. Not recommended unless you have a small room to do.

Wilber gave me a much better price than another vendor I contacted. I had to go buy the paint myself, but he gave me specific instructions for what he needed. His crew worked fast and efficiently throughout the day, and even stayed a bit later than expected to patch a few spots I noticed at the end of the day. I was very pleased overall.

Very well! Wilbur’s team was superbly professional and thorough in estimating and completing our work. They cleaned up after tenants left a mess. They let us choose numerous colors for children’s bedrooms and did not charge for color changes as many painters do. We marked them down slightly to a B for price because they didn’t honor the Angie’s list discount offered when asked. However, we were completely satisfied with the work but would have been overjoyed if we got the discount! Thanks Wilbur and company!

They did a great job. They worked beyond the scope of what we had asked for originally had asked for. Fixed things that we didn't notice until the end. Will use them again in the future.

Two men showed up and immediately got to work. Friendly and professional. The paint job itself was also great. Master Bed & Bath as well as a half bath downstairs. Cleaned up and left to go to their next job.

they did an awesome job! they painted almost the whole interior of our home. showed up at 8am every day for 3 days and were there till 6:30pm. they were polite and did an excellent job! I would definitely recommend them!

Wilber and his crew did very well. Came in as a group and hit all three floors at the same time. Repaired old nail marks, cracks in ceiling and a lot of other work needed before they could paint. I didn't think it could be done in a day. They did it and the quality couldn't have been better. I highly recommend Wilber and his crew.
