+ 0 moreThe contractor nailed down, caulked and inspected a short garage roof ridge vent that had blown loose. Original builder had apparently used nails that were too short for the thickness of roofing. Appreciated him inspecting that roof whole section and ensuring that both sides of the vent were secure and leakproof. He also stated that if it blew loose again, to call him and he'd fix it without charge. Very nice to deal with and came out on Saturday since it was a small job. Couldn't ask for better service. Plus we always like to support local businesses.
