They did a land survey. They put in all the things that I wanted like a fireplace, deck and swimming pool. They redesigned our deck that we have in way that it optimizes some light for the basement. He gave us a binder with all the details such as the amount of concrete required, plants and fence. It was very comprehensive. I would use them again in future.
Description of Work: Iris Design Associates designed a back yard for us.
