Hanover Landscapes & Masonry LLC, led by Richard Martinez, engages in unethical and unprofessional practices. My experience with them was plagued by delays, incomplete work, and attempts to charge extra for substandard services. Following the defective completion of 3 small projects, they requested funds to purchase and start a large patio project and never started the project or refunded the funds. The owner does not have his resources so he subcontracts to other individuals and has little to no control over the quality of work or estimate. He will raise rates and prices after the completion of work despite his agreements. There is active fraud claim with DPOR and Virginia State Attorney office and a court case is being ensued.
Description of Work: Replace siding with stone masonry and driveway pillars.
