Excellent customer service, explained everything in great detail, very polite, did not push to replace/buy/repair unnecessary items that were identified as potential issues or minor issues. Will be using for all my HVAC needs!

russell, travis, and ben installed an entire new a/c system for my home last week. i obtained multiple offers from other local, reputable companies. fitz was a little higher than others but has the best labor warranty that i could find. a great value. these guys are hard workers who worked all day, in a very hot house, to modify fabricated equipment into a very tight utility closet. they are knowledgeable professionals and answered all of my questions & explained what they were doing throughout the day. they are also very nice people. they are efficient & problem solvers. if you have the misfortune of requiring a new system, please call fitzhugh. i would recommend them to any friend, and i wont hesitate to call them should i require anything further.

I can not praise him enough and highly recommend him. He does a great job and his prices are absolutely reasonable. He is very honest about what he knows. If an issue arises he discusses the prices of everything and makes sure you as a customer are comfortable with the decision. I highly recommend him and will continue to refer others to him. I called Russell and he squeezed me into his schedule and fixed the problem the same day. He texted me 20 minutes before arriving and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. He even took time to show me how to clean the A/C unit. This was the first time I used him, but I'll definitely be calling him again in the future.
