+ -1 moreThere were no negative issues. This probably the 20th time I have been required to schedule a termite inspection for a home sale or refinance. I would recommend Armored Pest Services to accomplish a thorough, professional and educational inspection for anyone interested.
Description of Work: I refinanced my home with a Dept of Vet Affairs loan guarantee and was required to have a termite ( wood destroying insect) inspection. It was accomplished in a very satisfactory and professional manner by Armored Pest Svc and the necessary reports were generated for satisfying both the homeowner and lender.

+ -1 moreThey are great. They are really good with extermination of cockroaches and mice. The price is great. The same staff comes out each time. They send a postcard with a date when they are coming and you call if that date does not work.
Description of Work: I used Armored Pest for pest control. They come quarterly for service inside the home and outside the home even if you do not need it.

+ -1 moreMike and Dave from Armored Pest Services are very professional and run a very reliable exterminating company. We have used them for every kind of pest and for several years. They are prompt and effective. Armored responds to calls usually within minutes. We have annual exterminating contracts with them for several of our properties and have even hired them to exterminate apartments where the on-site exterminating is ineffective. They have solved those problems also. We highly recommend Armored Pest Services.
Description of Work: We use Armored Pest Services for all of our exterminating needs. Our organization has a number of houses and they are our company of choice for anything related to pests, from termites to roaches to bed bugs; they get the job done. They guarantee their work and will come back as many times as its needed until the problem is resolved.
