Description of Work: Daryl Durham prepped, power washed and stained 2 largish decks. One deck had been having problems from the original solid color stain and he used a Jomax product that stripped the old stain off and then he sanded it and applied 2 coats of stain. The other deck just needed power washing and stain. He was prompt , would call to let me know when he was coming and also painted a couple of doors and patched a problem wall and painted it. The cost of $600.00 was his labor. I provided the paint and other supplies. He was easy going and did an excellent job.
