Perfect they are great people.

Excellent sales experience, excellent quality product, excellent delivery and set-up. IMO - best product out there by far.

First of all, they showed up unannounced one morning and we had a tree services working at the same time. A worker asked immediately to use our bathroom, which was awkward. The company owner came out at lunchtime at my husband's request so he could hear our concerns. As they were leaving they crushed part of our walkway with their trailer. The owner apologized and came back the next week and gave us a "free" ramp for the front door of the shed. Workers had to return another time that week because they forgot to add some trim to the building. They also repaired some shoddy nailing that had splintered some of the wood frame. The owner tried hard to make us feel better about our experience, and for that we were very grateful and would certainly hire them again in the future.

Garage was constructed in only three days. Noticed entry door scraping on the trim, contacted Capitol Sheds and they quickly fixed the problem. Great job!!

In a word: great. I was very pleased with the process and the results. Robert Summy kept us well informed of the timeline. He also was very meticulous about the entire construction process. The building inspectors praised his work. He was easy to get in touch with, whether by email or phone. All of the people that came to work on the garage were pleasant and professional. Everybody made a big effort to clean up when they were done with their particular phase. There was only one small quibble with one of the subcontractors. The guy that did the foundation (gravel and concrete) would sometimes show at a different time than when he said. For example, he said he would come on a Thursday morning but he showed up Wednesday afternoon. He got the job done and he did it very well, but his show time wasn't always consistent with what he said. That's why I rated punctuality as a B instead of an A.

It was great from start to finish. They asked up on time and even worked in the rain to complete the job. Great customer service and superior building.
