They were exceptional from estimate to final inspection after installation , can t say enough about Greg the guy who did the estimate and his wife who is in office , Mark also was very helpful , great team , they handled financing everything , would highly recommend them for your generator needs, the install grew was very professional , didn t leave a scrap of debri behind spotless and effeciant , it was ready to roll in two days , excellent !!!!!

Superb experience! Greg provided an education along with the estimate and each team that has come out to place the generator, wire the generator, and complete the install (after the propane gas hook up) has been terrific -- professional, courteous, wearing masks per CDC and Virginia guidelines. The installation, (generator, transfer switch, panel and status lights) are all finished to a T and look great, too!

And hiring this company be aware they are hidden charges. You get an invoice invoice does not have details of your money just a total amount that you will pay. Amount of the contract that I signed when the job was supposedly completed the invoice was double the amount and I still have a non-working generator and there's no customer service getting back to me to complete the job but an invoice pay. When calling in for explanation the receptionist and technicians cannot explain the owner of the company is on vacation so basically nobody knows anything they just want me to pay your invoice for just not accept especially since I have a non-working product that was working before they started. If things change I will come back and give an update.

I called several other companies and they were wishy washy and couldn't send anyone for another two weeks. I called Virginia Power Solutions and explained my needs and they sent someone the next day. Everyone was great starting with the receptionist, the coordinator and my service man. I am glad that I found these guys. Thanks for a great job!
