We were given a clear drawing of how the finished enclosure would look. The finished enclosure matches in every detail.

I am most satisfied with the process from start to finish. Everything was what was indicated and promised and I have a final project that I am satisfied with. The timeframe was a little offset of start of the project but that was the only thing that was off.

Everything was completed as agreed upon, so I don't think Total Remodeling Systems fell short in any areas. If I had any questions, I could call and receive a prompt and courteous response. Also, the workers were friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to "go the extra mile" if required. It has been a pleasure working with Total Remodeling Systems. I have received many compliments on my sunroom and I am enjoying it everyday.

The quality of work was exceptional. The project manager was quick to resolve any questions, no matter how minor the question. The team took pride in their work.

I have a signed contract & made a 1/3 deposit. Work has not yet begun so I can not respond completely to your questionaire. I will fully respond when the task has been completed. I was very impressed with their initial contact personel.
