Great. Chuck is a super friendly and professional guy. He was able to work around my schedule and was "in and out" in no time. The job I had was relatively simple, but Chuck knew exactly what to do. He built my new screen and showed me how to install and remove it, since a little customization was required for this particular window (i.e. "old"). Super happy with SCREENMOBILE and can highly recommend them. A definite A+.

They where quick to come and measure everything and explained the process . Sent us an estimate in about 2 days .We accepted they ordered the windows which took a couple of weeks.When the windows arrived they called us and I believe came out one day to rip the old screen out and prep for new windows.Came out next day and installed new windows and a custom made storm door for porch. Very satisfied with end result .

Excellent: Chuck encouraged me to let him rescreen two of the screens to save a little bit. On the hottest day of the year (so far) he took a little over two hours to replace the 9 screens and rescreen the two. Very professional, personable and after he left, could not even tell he had been working out in the driveway. Very reasonable. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

I left a voice mail at the telephone number of the vendor noted on Angie's list at (804) 755-5900 on Thursday, August 7, generally detailing the work that I wanted done and left my name and number for a return call. I left a message through "Contact the Provider" through Angie's list on Monday, August 11 providing the same information noted in my voice mail message to them and asked for a return call. I messaged them through Facebook at their site https://www.facebook.com/pages/Screenmobile-of-Richmond/398547060208880 on Wednesday, August 13 and again provided them the same information. I noted on Facebook that no new entries have been posted since August 3, 2012. I have to assume that Screenmobile of Richmond is out of business as any reference to them is rather dated. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in Angie's list as this is my first foray into their site and it would appear that there is little quality control for weeding out defunct businesses. I will quickly cancel my subscription if this happens again where businesses two years removed from activity still show on the site.

They did an excellent job and were very reasonable. I would recommend to anyone. They were very professional and reliable.

Jimmy, the owner, promptly came by to provide an estimate. Normally he would do the work on site, but due to the cold weather he preferred to take the screens back to his workshop. All the repairs were completed within 3 working days. He was very accommodating with respect to installing the hardware and screens. My dog trainer happened to come by on the day Jimmy was to finish the work. He thought his working would be too distracting and suggested that he come back the next day. I was very appreciative of his thoughtfulness. My screens look fabulous and the new hardware is much more functional than the old hardware. Jimmy's work is neat and efficient. I had also checked the cost of new screens at Home Depot and Lowes. Screenmobile is competitively priced and a much more convenient experience. Very highly recommended!

Several windows in my new house were without screens. The house had been resided prior to selling and the existing screens no longer fit. Wondering if I would be able to enjoy fresh air in my new house, I happened to notice Jimmy Duke's Screenmobile truck on a main road near my house. I checked the Screenmobile website and read that they come to your house to repair and/or measure for installation of new window screens. How perfect! Jimmy Duke, who owns the local franchise and completes all the work, responded to my call promptly. Delayed a week due to Hurricane Irene repair calls, Jimmy came out to measure all of my windows (20 total). He measures each window, even if it looks like it is the same size. Jimmy explained that he never assumes any measurement. He hand-makes each screen, and the screens need to fit accurately. I was excited to find out that he had a tan color that closely matched the siding window wrap. The screens would be virtually invisible. There are even specialty screen materials, which I did not need, for pets and golf balls! Within 10 days, all my windows had screens. It was wonderful being able to open them for the first time. I love the fresh air, especially after the hot summer. Since Screenmobile also takes care of door and porch screening, I will definitely keep them in mind for future projects.
