My longtime Service Provider retired and sold his company. I've had a very difficult time finding a replacement, as I have a log home and most provider's did seem to want to tackle. I was delighted to find Pestmaster, Justin knew exactly what I needed to protect my home and was very accomodating in scheduling appointments, excellent pricing and completed work on time and efficiently. Looking forward to being long term customer.

Excellent customer service. Extremely knowledgeable and patient in answering questions about causes and characteristtics of the pests and gave his advice on treatment needed to remedy my particular problem. Would recommend Justin to all. He's took the time needed and not just spray and bill like other exterminators can be.

The technician, Scoot, located the nest in a tall tree, he located a spot where the bark had been removed and the bees had bored a hole in the tree for shelter, very hard to see from the ground, and resolved the the problem. the nest was about 40 feet high in a hole in the tree. He sprayed the nest and I have no more problem. He was very knowledgeable of the bees habits and knew what to do. He came out in the late evening, the same day, I had called The sun was going down and he was still able to find the nest. I got stung by one and decided it was best to call Pest Masters for help. That was a smart move on my part. I had already bought 13 cans of spray that would only reach up about 25 feet

We had just moved into our house and we were getting what we thought were bed bug bites. I contacted Justin and he was out within a few hours and determined it was NOT bed bugs. It was something called carpet beetles. Which are much, much less expensive to get rid of. They were just very upfront with us and explained everything. Scott came out the next day to treat. They use steam and a super vacuum and environment friendly spray. I couldn't even smell it at all. I can't say enough about their professionalism and integrity. And their treatment was super effective and non invasive. They are so knowledgeable about all pests, its impressive. No matter what your pest problem is, call Pestmaster Services first!

We were given several mouse traps that didn't catch anything. We went out and bought cheap old mouse traps and caught 2.
