We had just moved into our house and we were getting what we thought were bed bug bites. I contacted Justin and he was out within a few hours and determined it was NOT bed bugs. It was something called carpet beetles. Which are much, much less expensive to get rid of. They were just very upfront with us and explained everything. Scott came out the next day to treat. They use steam and a super vacuum and environment friendly spray. I couldn't even smell it at all. I can't say enough about their professionalism and integrity. And their treatment was super effective and non invasive. They are so knowledgeable about all pests, its impressive. No matter what your pest problem is, call Pestmaster first!

They arrived sooner than I expected - same day I called to exterminate a carpenter bee problem and also went ahead and treated for ants. So they did more than expected. I would definitely recommend to others.
