Stan called, actually arrived slightly ahead of time. He is knowledgeable, personable, determined the problem immediately and proposed appropriate corrective work. I decided on those bases to proceed with the recommended management protocol. (Coincidentally, yesterday, being accustomed to "second opinions", I called a highly advertised, high profile company for that "second opinion." That call was forwarded to their "wildlife expert", but I was never contacted. Disappointing, from several standpoints.)

I've just scheduled the services so I cannot really honestly rate the quality, however they have provided excellent customer service up to now.

Of the 3 companies we had quite, this company was the lowest price and didn't have all the rhetoric downplaying other companies product. He told us how much the cost was, what was included, and what their guarantee was. We appreciated that instead of telling us what this company does wrong or why this company warranty is bad, etc.
