Kevin and Jackie did a great job. They were professional, polite, worked hard and were exacting in their work. They cleaned up after finishing and took care to protect floors and surroundings. Very pleased with the experience and the result.

We had Gutter Helmet installed by Mr Fix it more than 8 years ago. We were very happy with that work. Just recently we felt like we had soem issues with the system and true to their guarantee they came out quickly and easily addressed my concerns at no charge. Their service person Peter was professional, courteous and fully explained how he adjusted things and assurred me that any further problems (which I doubt there will be) and they will be back out.

We had Kevin and Herson come out to redo the bathroom. We took out the tub and added the shower. They did a wonderful job. They were on time everyday., they were very helpful with answering our questions and cleaning up each day when the were finished. The y showed us what they did everyday. The were very respectful very professional. We loved having them here. Thank you Kevin and Herson because of you two we have a great bathroom.

We had 2 bathrooms re modeld . Kevin and Boyd did an excellent job. They were both very easy to work with. I would hire this company to do other home projects.

In Jan 2019 we hired Mr. Fix-It to remodel our master bathroom tub/shower combo into a beautiful shower with 3 walls, a fold-down seat and 2 sliding glass doors - an absolutely fantastic shower. Due to an issue with the shower pan, small cracks developed. We contacted Jason and he got the repair job going. Don and Colby came out and took the shower pan and walls completely out and replaced them with brand new ones. Our fantastic shower is back and we are completely delighted with the work that was done. Thanks for a great job Don and Colby. We will definitely be contacting Mr. Fix-It again for another project.

From beginning to end, the whole remodeling project was amazing! Jason worked with me on a prior bathroom remodeling project so I knew he was our go-to-person and Mr. Fit-It was the company for our new project. The sales plan was thorough and details were fully explained. The recommended tile vendor was exceptional. The crew members Jorge and Daniel were both pleasant to have in our home each day. Their skill in remodeling was excellent and professional. We were told each day what was to be expected. Daily clean-up was much appreciated. We will not hesitate to call this outstanding company again and again. Thank you all so much! A job WELL DONE!

It was excellent experience. Don was a great bathroom remodeling. And Willie Barnes excellent product specialist. The whole experience was good. And we are happy we went with Mr.Fix It.

The project was acrually, my kitchen! I have to say " Great Job, Mike!" i wanted a WOW kitchen and he (Mike) has vision and inspiration. The workmanship is amazing. i plan to submit pictures. As with any project, there was a hiccup but I can say that Mike went above and beyond with addressing any issues.

I got a great feeling from the start talking to Dan who came out for the quote. Mr. Fix-it was the third company I got a quote from. Out of the 3, Dan was definitely the most thorough. He asked lots of questions about what I was looking for. He made many suggestions - things I didn't even think about or consider. He spent about a little over 2 hours with me giving me the quote prior to leaving (unlike the other 2 people - both of which I still haven't heard from after 2 weeks!) The quote was a little higher than I expected so initially I did not sign. An incentive price was offered at that time if I would have signed right then (a little pressure to be sure), but now I wish I had signed as that offer was truly to sign at that time. I ended up paying more because of that incentive price (that was the only thing I did not like). Work was done exactly as I expected and my bathroom is beautiful! The workers were professional, timely, and cleaned up as if they were never there. I will definitely use Mr. Fix-It in the future and I highly recommend them.

The company gave us a bait and switch. Quoted us one price, then as work was about to begin, gave us a much higher price. Promised they could install any style cabinet, but refuse to install ones with vertical panels. Installed the wrong style sinks and the wrong color shower "panelling." Would never use them again.

The company and salesman were great. The actual installers were very rude to my wife. When she went to run some errands they told her she had to be back at a certain time. She rushed through what she had to do in order to get home. When she got back the job was not done and the workers were sitting around on their phones. My wife had to wait for more than 5 mins them to get off their phones to talk to her. They then said it would be another 2 hours to finish, then went down to the corner gas station. Almost another 3 hours later they were done. I was quoted the job as talking 1/2 a day. To me that means 4hrs. I guess that really meant up to 12 hours.

Very professional and understanding of my repairs and work requirements

I had three companies give me a quote for gutter covers. Mr. Fix-it were more expensive but they were the only company that identified a problem I noticed but did not think there was a remedy, Mr.Fix-it offered recommendations. The other companies were looking out for themselves and not what was best for my home. Debbie my sales rep is a real asset to the company, easy going, awesome customer service, informative and best of all walked me through the whole process with no pressure. Gutter helmet was the only option for my home and a great investment with a lfetime guarantee.

one man drank corona on the job on the first day...friday...we reported him and he was fired on monday. everyone says i am paying too much for what i am getting. i wish i had gotten several companies over for quotes..if they don't put electricity back in my shed for what i pd. i am really going to be upset.sink is still clogged.
