Floors over all where good, missed under refrigerator, 3 corners in dining room and the stairs needed more sanding, of which Zac came back in fixed all issues promptly

I phoned the company on 11/10/10 and left a message that I wanted an estimate for patching my asphalt driveway. I was contacted later in the day by Richard who said that he'd come to my home between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. the next day. When he didn't show up on time, I called him. He said that he would come later in the morning. When he still didn't show up, I called him again. He indicated that he was busy. However, to his credit, he gave me an estimate for the work over the phone. Also to his credit, he had given me his cell phone number early the day before, so I was able to get to him quickly when he missed both appointments. He told me that he had had trouble reaching me on my telephone a number of times (and, indeed, I had been away from my phone frequently). However, he should have, but did not, leave messages on my answering machine any of those times.
