Mac's Service Center

Description of Work: They repaired fuel injection system in my Ford Ranger and the brakes on our Mitsubishi Lancer, among many other things. I dropped the vehicles off, they gave me a ride home while they did diagnosis, and proved me a detailed list of the specific problems that needed to be addressed in order of priority. There was no pressure to do any of it, but I opted to do most of it, which led to the high number cited. They didn't insult my intelligence by telling me that I needed to have my brakes washed or some other silly thing. I trust them. I'll go back.

Description of Work: I have taken my Ford Explorer, my husbands F150 and my sisters Ford to Mac's Service Center several times. First in the summer of 2012 had to have the F150 towed in for a starter and to fix a flat. In July I took the Explorer in for a brake light, that they didn't even charge me anything. In September I took the Explorer in for rear brakes and 100,000 mile checkup. In December I decided to use my $100 reward certificate from Mac's to get tires for my sisters car. I told Mac's I was trying to help my sister out since she only works a part-time minimum wage job. He called they ware house to find good inexpensive tires on sale. When I took her car in for the tires, the tech checked the car over and found several safety issues and called me. Too links where broken on the sway bar and her emergency brake cables were not releasing, as well as a couple of others things that I don't recall. So instead of spending a couple of hundred for three tires, I ended up spending nearly $1200 so she would have a safe car to drive.. I had noticed when she was following me over to that she was all over the road and thought she needed to give up her licence. But once Mac's teamed fixed the sway bar and I followed her home I realized it was not her driving, but the sway bar. I am so thankful to Mac' and his team for checking out our vechicles when we bring them in for something and not just doing the work that was scheduled. When you have had your vechicle serviced when you pick it up is has also when washed and vacumed. Mac's runs the best service center I have ever seen. The service is outstanding.
