This is hard to write because I really liked Richard. He came by several times to look over our painting project and he was a very nice guy we ended up hiring him and signing a contract that stated the work would be complete in 3 days. He came and did some of the work but the ceiling paint did not match so he said he would be back.... this was February and he has not been back. We have reached out via text which he never answered and my husband finally called him from his number and was super nice and understanding with him as he stated he has been very busy. He has promised us at least three times that he would be coming by to finish the job and has yet to show up or contact us. We have had unfinished work now since February and it looks horrible. I am honestly not even sure where to go from here.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and great customer service. Richard and his team built a deck in my backyard which came out beautiful. High quality work with great attention to detail at a reasonable price. I would definitely use Integrity Builders again and would recommend him for your project.

Richard with Integrity was awesome from the very first phone call. He is reliable, knowledgeable and efficient, providing quality service. He is also a down to earth, honest and nice guy. His estimate was reasonable and he didn't try to sell me any extras I did not need, as the previous contractor had done when they came out for an estimate. He exceeded my expectations and my deck is pretty much brand new without the price tag. He was able to keep the underneath support structure in place while replacing the deck boards, rails and stairs. He was able to customize it with a ramp on one side for my animals. I highly recommend him without any hesitation and am planning on hiring him for our future home projects.
