 + -1 moreVery well. Work was completed in one day by a worker and someone I presumed to be his wife. They removed old fence, dug new post holes and completely rebuilt. A very professional job performed in an incredibly short period of time. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others or to hire them again.
Description of Work: Old fence removed and replaced by new picket.

 + -1 morehercules fence was overall a good experience. The salesman was easy to deal with. He came out right away and gave a reasonable quote. They had to order the fence which took approx 2-3 weeks to come in. The crew that came out to the house to install the fence was a little rough but got the job done. We have been really happy with the quality of the fence and the durability. We had black 6 foot aluminum with gates installed on either side of the house and 4 foot black chain link along the back of the yard. I would recommend this company.

 + 0 moreI got three quotes. Jeremy, the man that provided the quote, was the only person who actively listened and heard what I wanted. The pricing was very fair for the work done. There was a problem with the install. Jeremy took care of it immediately. He is very professional and has integrity. The second project went well. Very pleased. Mike, the and quot;A Teamand quot; captain, asked lots of questions during the install, ensuring there were no problems with the finished project. Ask for Jeremy and tell him you want the and quot;A Teamand quot;.
Description of Work: Installed a 6' privacy fence on the side of the house and a 4' picket fence on the other side of the house. Second project involved additional 6' privacy and 4' picket fence, both in the rear yard.

 + 0 moreThey were cheaper than another company. They have a really good reputation among the neighborhood. They were 20% cheaper than a competitor. They were very professional and had the fence installed with in a week. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

Description of Work: No services were preformed -- that was the problem! The sales representative from Hercules Fence did arrive for our appointment on time as scheduled. He came to my home to take measurements and discuss the specification for the privacy fence we would like to have built in our backyard. He was very nice, and after a brief conversation about the spcs, said that he would take the measurements and e-mail an estimate to me by the end of business the next day. Several days later, I contacted him to inquire about the status of the estimate. He e-mailed it to me and it turned out that it was the wrong estimate. It had all of my contact information on it, but not the fence specifications I had provided (and the measurements didn't look correct either). I contacted the representative and he appologized. He told me that he had inadvertantly sent me another customer's estimate and would e-mail mine to me. Several days passed and I received nothing from the representative. Two weeks later I had still not received a correct estimate, so I awarded the job to a more professional, responsive company.
