A company employee came as scheduled to adjust and reposition the gutter on which the gutter helmet was installed more than a decade ago. After this work was completed we were informed that workmen would arrive on the next day, but we received a call that there was a delay in completing a project in Fredericksburg. Workmen arrived the next day and at the time rescheduled and were apologetic because of the delay in beginning our work. Their scope of work included: removing some vinyl siding at the window to check on any water damage and to wrap the area around the window and replace the siding removed to insure that there was no more water damage. Some vinyl siding cracked or broke during removal. Workman were able to purchase matching siding and replaced the broken pieces. The work was completed within one day and the window has not leaked. In summary, the process from estimate to completion was accomplished in a timely and professional manner. We find that Gutter Helmet employees are knowledgeable and professional in the work setting. The company has always responded quickly and quietly and the initial product GUTTER HELMET that was installed has performed as advertised and as we expected.

They were excellent. They added two larger drainspouts and we were very impressed with their service. There was one issue that required them to come back and their follow up was excellent.

Sales rep came and wanted to do a lengthy sales presentation, which we desperately tried to cut short, since we really only were interested in the price and my husband had to go back to work. He did seem like a nice guy though and took measurements of gutters and we did discuss a few other issues about the house. He was to email us an estimate on the gutters; so far it has been over a week and we haven't gotten one. Neither have we received another phone call. While it was all professional, we are a bit puzzled, but didn't follow up since we had gotten other estimates. Also, we aren't very big into lengthy sales demonstrations; we understand that a company has to show that their product is better than that of other companies, but still...

Called for estimate on faucet installation as well as room addition. Project manager responded a few weeks later with appointment time. Very courteous, lowest verbal quote so far for the job, explained faucet installation would be approximately $125 per hour and some one would be calling about appointment. At least a month passed no call, called them and set up appointment for faucet installation. No written quote received as of this writing for room addition. Bathroom remodeling manager, Jason called a day prior to confirm appointment and job. Person showed up on time, very courteous and professional. After about 30 minutes received call from Jason explaining they did not have appropriate tools for job and appointment would have to be rescheduled. I agreed appointment rescheduled 2 weeks later. Again showed up on time very courteous, after about 30 minutes explained again they did not have material for job since this is an older home and would be back in about 45 minutes. After about one hour they returned. After a bit of unpacking, etc, 30-40 minutes spent trying to turn off water supply which was shown to them, theres one valve for entire home. Continuously during the job he spent about 10 minutes at a time on phone with wife/girlfriend/boss about other jobs, etc. Overall satisfied with work but presented bill for three hours which included initial view prior to going out for part! Needless to say I am still waiting for resolution as I refused to pay for their unpreparedness, fumbling with parts, unpack, and most of all about 10 phone calls during which they went outside for privacy!

They do things in spurts. Someone comes and pulls out items. A week passed with no one coming, no one called. Poor communication. The highlight was when they had the field manager for project tell me he was with a customer when I called to speak to him about something. They put flooring in crooked. (They gutted the bathroom entirely). In one section they did find a large whole underneath my tub. They fixed this correctly. One man spackled the entire wall, led to replacing all of the wall board. I would never recommend them to do work. Cost reflects a full bath and half bathroom.

They fixed our gutters after they were damaged by the company that replaced our roof. They are always prompt on time and do quality work. I would highly recommend them.

The workers are friendly and they always make sure to answer all of my questions. They get the work done in a timely manor. The prices are reasonable and the gutters work great. I was very pleased with the service and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Mr. Fix It did a great job which took about two days in total. They came out as soon as we called them and did the repairs. Since we don't have any tall trees near the house, they said we didn't need Leaf Guard gutters, which they could have charged us more for.

It's been nice having their covers put on our gutters. We don t have to clean them anymore and the gutters still functioned properly so their product was a good investment. The installers got the covers on in one morning and Gutter Helmet said they would stand behind their work and I believe they would if there was a problem.

We have been fighting with this company ever since we hired them to do this TEX coat sealant on the exterior of our home. It wasn't even finished and parts of it kept falling off. It was suppose to be a lifetime coating, and I was just sick about their service because it cost a lot of money for it.
