Description of Work: They do good work. They come when they say they will and the prices aren't bad. They have a checkup program call the Gilman Comfort Plan for every 6 months at a set price which is very helpful.

Description of Work: he was on time and we had a conducter blow . It was repaired in a hours time. Was not aware of a warranty fee of 150.00 that applied to the service call.

+ -1 moreGilman has been coming out to service my a/c for the past five years. The last time they came out they noticed a small leak in the hose for the Freon so they fixed that and put in more Freon. The person that came out was nice and explained how I could keep that from happening again.
Description of Work: Gilman had to repair a small leak in the hose of our air conditioner and added Freon to the air conditioning unit.

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with the service. It took five days to complete and works great. I even got a five year warranty with it. The guy they sent was very professional and polite. He knew exactly what he was doing and had the job done right and did a good cleanup.
Description of Work: My air conditioner quit working and I had to have a whole new unit installed. The unit is an indoor and out door unit and they took out and disposed of the old one for me.
