We went back and forth on getting the appointment set up, but he was very professional and got the work done well.

Cederic was friendly, professional, hardworking, dedicated, and obviously well qualified to perform this work. It was necessary for him to leave to obtain parts and he kept us well informed as to his status and estimated return times. He did excellent work and was great to deal with.

The service went very well. He was very polite. He gave me the paper work. He reminded me that it had a time limit on it. So, if it did take longer, how much that would cost. The got to work right away and he finished within the allotted time. It was a good experience. The service was covered within the $199 we paid for the big deal. I do not have that much experience with other gutter cleaning places, but I thought the price was reasonable. I am not positive that it was the best price though. It did take a bit longer to set things up, but once they set it up, it was all good.

The provider came out and was very helpful in identifying potential enhancements to our attic insulation. Also, he provided valuable suggestions regard minimizing heat loss. The provider also installed an attic access insulation tent. I believe we got very good value for this deal. We were pleased enough that we were ready to contract with this provider to improve our attic insulation and help seal the house from heat loss. Unfortunately, several attempt to contact the provider to arrange for work to be done failed. The provider never responded back so we gave up attempting to contact them.

My experience with this company is both good and bad. The bad: My service appointment was rescheduled TWICE, not by me, but by the company for various reasons. When the technician did show up on the scheduled date, he was two hours late and he was not given accurate instructions on the service that was supposed to be provided; as such, he had to run to a local store to get the correct supplies. The good: From the owner to the receptionist to the service technician, I could not be more pleased with the kindness and courtesy shown. The owner was incredibly apologetic for having to reschedule my appointment (apparently a considerable number of people purchased this particular Angie's Big Deal, and things became a little chaotic for this smaller company) and he offered additional services to my deal at no extra cost. Additionally, my technician, Cedric, was wonderful and worked h****** a very hot day. So, would I use this company again...probably, but I would be stern about my appointment day.

Very well. I have gutter guards so didn't take very long, however, they did a thorough job and cleaned up any fallen debris nicely. Very prompt in arrival compared to appointment time and did follow up.

Good inspection , written report, timely repair, reasonable bill

It worked out quite well. I paid just the price of the big deal. The man who came out spent more time with me than I would have expected and he answered all of my questions. The only disappointment was that the actual insulation canopy that he advertised looked far flimsier than the picture. It was not nice.

It was very good service. They told me all I needed to do was get a power wash and they did not take advantage of me.

I contacted Energy Max to clean my gutters and they sent out a guy to take a look at things and discuss the work. While this was a nice gesture, it was really a waste of a trip and results in higher prices. It took all of 5 minutes for me to introduce myself and say 'I just need my gutters cleaned.' Then he was on his way. Don't get me wrong - he was very nice and explained everything, but what's the point of that extra trip? He signed me up for a date, but they were already booked elsewhere. The rebooking took over a week, so it ended up being several weeks between purchase and service. They did apologize and offered 30 extra minutes of free work for the inconvenience. That takes me to the price aspect. It took them 1 hr over what the 'Big Deal' covered, so they charged me an extra $30 (half of which I got free due to the scheduling problem). The last time I called a gutter company to clean my gutters it was $95. So, $141 is no 'Big Deal' by any stretch of the imagination. I can't imagine what the regular price was! In the end, they were great to deal with, did a very nice job leaving no residue or junk on the ground, no damage to the house or gutters, and were professional. However, if you're looking for a good deal, look elsewhere, even when it's a 'Big Deal.'

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They were great. They came out, looked at the situation and scheduled the job. They did the job and then afterwards, we had a problem so they promptly came out to fix it.

It did not go. VERY disappointed, first Big Deal I have purchased. There won't be another.

Provider was punctual and very friendly. The job was explained before they started and they went over what they had done when it was completed. The job took about an hour and was completed above my expectations.

Easy to set up an appointment for the inspection, and Jared arrived exactly on time. Very thorough checkup of attic space, and very good followup with a range of recommendations for us to consider. I appreciated very much that there was no pressure to pursue any particular option or company, and he provided a number of articles for us online to help us decide. We ultimately decided we didn't need to do anything further at the moment.

Cedric was timely and extremely professional. He let me know in advance that the Angie's List deal of $111 would cover the first hour and a half, and that these jobs normally take around 3 hours. I estimated that my job would take more than 3 hours because of what was needed. He did all his work, then walked me around the house to explain what was done and what I should consider for the future. It was a job worth every dollar spent.

It turned out well. They were on time. They cleaned up. They did exactly what they are going to do. I had no problems at all.

Actually, I made an appointment and had a meeting with him. It was very interesting. I have only good things to say about the person who came. I think he is the founder of the company. However, my husband and I felt that it was not a good option for us. I was looking for a way to make our attic more energy efficient. I felt that what he was proposing was quiet expensive and the results would not be guaranteed. It was our very first option I ever considered. I am in a new house and I built it about a year ago. It is one of the things that I would like to improve. Once I met with the company owner, he explained everything to me. I decided I am not going to do that now. I basically did not look for any other alternatives either. His presentation and his professionalism; everything was good. He was on time. He explained the technology very well. They price was quiet expensive. It was a big job to insulate the whole attic of a large home. I simple felt that it probably would not be worth doing. Everything about the inspection was good. It was interesting for us to have it inspected and to know how the current insulation works. It was very good but it did not lead to another contract. Overall, it was great. It was a big deal purchase.

Cedric called me back to set up the appointment. He came to my house to do the work the day I bought the special. He cleaned the inside and outside of the gutters. I paid extra for cleaning of the outside of the gutters since that was not part of the deal. The gutters look so clean again and the water flows through them. Cedric was so courteous and I really appreciate all he did by completing the work so quickly since I had some foundation issues from clogged gutters overflowing. He did a wonderful job!

We have been pleased with the work that was done, my only issue was the time it took for the process to complete. From first call to completed job it took about six weeks which may have been caused by a rush from the deal that was offered. Once it got rolling Jared came out to do the assessment and indicated that work I wanted done would extend past the limit of 1.5hrs from the deal. This was fine with me as he stated the extra time would be charged at $30 an hour and the whole job would take around 4 hrs. I thought the $30 was a fair price. Jared was very nice to deal with and had no problem understanding our needs. This included finding a solution to a gutter segment on the highest point in the roof that was poorly designed. After Jared's visit the work was scheduled and Cedric came out on the date and time expected. Cedric was very pleasant and professional and had the work done faster then the estimate. His solution to the problem gutter was different then my expectations but in the end was a better way to resolve it so I was happy with that. All in all my impression is it is a good company that fulfilled my expectations.

Came on the day decided upon. Billed me when I asked them to. Gutters do not leak! The service man was extremely polite and helpful.
