They guy showed up and we made an apt. He said he would call me. He never called me. I called them back twice and he never responded. I was able to get my big deal refund through Angie’s list.

I liked the guy that came out. I'm not sure the gutter cleaning was that great as I got the impression that gutter cleaning is not their first line of work. He was a very personable guy to work with. The communication was fine and he even came back after the service as it rained and the gutters were not draining properly.

The work went well, it just took several attempts to reschedule.

Work was done on-time and with very good cleanup.

It worked out well. They came out within a few days after I called them and I asked them to perform additional services for me which costed me a couple hundred dollars for gutter replacement.

Cedric was prompt, fast and professional. I will use him again.

Energy Max did an estimate, but another company which I think was called Eco Insulate in Tacoma, Wa, took over the contract before any work was done. I exchanged calls with the second company, but they quit calling and no work was done.

I took 2.5 hours off from work to meet Jarod. He did not call or show up, I've never talked to him. I contacted him via web page to notify that I was requesting a refund. One week later Cedric called from his company on (10/15) inquiring about a visit. I told him I would rather do the work myself and that I had wasted 2.5 hours on a no show. I had hoped to establish a relationship where professional people could help me with home improvements like green alternatives. I don't feel comfortable with this company based on first impression. I don't want to guess why there was a no show.I am fortunate that a significant amount of money is not involved. Please refund.

At first there were problems with us connecting, but our family was out of contact for some of the time. The technician showed up at the scheduled time, performed the cleaning, cleaned up after himself, checked out the gutter drainage and said everything was working well. Did not need to do any repair.

The service turned out pretty good. They provided it some time after we purchased the big deal and it worked fine. My husband was happy with it and that was important. There is probably no requirement for us to do a thermal scan right now but if we had a requirement, there is nothing that would prevent me from using this company again.

Energymax did a thorough job cleaning the gutters, replacing a leaking downspout and fixing other minor issues with the gutters.

They were great. I did not have any problems scheduling the service, and there were no additional charges to the $99 big deal I purchased.

The whole process went very well. I met with Jared Stone first, he conducted an audit of my attic. He shared information about the different types of attic insulation and how much I needed to have to meet code requirements. He also showed me a video about the open cell foam insulation. Jared offered a 10% discount to do the insulation because I had purchased a deal through Angie's list for an Attic audit. Then I met Cedric, who provided detailed information about the work that was going to be completed by the technicians. He went over it step by step and what to expect. Cedric and his crew was very professional and courteous. On the day of the attic insulation, Cedric inspected the attic before the work was started, and he noticed the air duct connected to the clothes dryer was broken. He took a photo and showed me what he had found. He went to Home Depot got some materials and repaired it. That was a very nice gesture on Cedric's part. He is a true professional. It's because of the professionalism demonstrated by Jared and Cedric that made me choose this company. I would definitely recommend and choose Energy Max Solutions for future home improvement again.

Sedrick contacted us promptly in response to the big deal purchased. He came out to the house to look at what we needed. However, he initially did not hear the fact that no one would be home during the day without scheduling an appointment, so it took a couple of tries to connect. Our house had hung gutters, which were unfamiliar to him. To his credit, he researched what needed to be done to do the repair work. When the crew finally came out to do the work, it appears the specifics of the job were not completely conveyed to them because they were asking my babysitter and daughter what work was needed. This was after I had a call from Sedrick the same morning confirming the job. Ultimately the work got done well, but it was not as well coordinated as it might have been. Overall, we are pleased with the work. The gutters work well now.

It was fast and efficient, my heating bill has beeen cut in half!

I was not home when the work was performed but I did receive a call from the contractor while he was at my home performing the work. The contractor cleaned the gutters as agreed upon per the deal. My only issue was that one of the shingles on the corner of the house was damaged during their cleaning. I was having a roofer come out later that week to fix some other shingles so I didn't call to complain.

The service went well. I actually knew the technician who came out. He was on time and did exactly what I expected.

It went fine. What stood out to me about them was their competency in doing the job. Once contacted, they were efficient in getting out and getting the job done.

It was very nice. Cedrick was very friendly and informative. Explained why all work was needed and took pictures so I could see the before and after.

We were satisfied with what Energy Max Solutions did. I came in on the tail end of it but I can tell you when my wife's happy, it usually means they did a good job. They were prompt, answered emails, answered phone calls and did what we asked them to do. We had a couple of extra doors to make sure that they're sealed and one of the guys got up on his ladder and helped clean up the gutter before he left because I had a clog and I didn't have a tall enough ladder at that time. They went above and beyond. They seemed really nice and competent. They had good customer service so we were really pleased with them. I remember it being a reasonable turnaround. We've seen some return on the investment in terms of minimizing the heat. I don't have anything to compare their pricing to, it seemed reasonable for what they did based upon my limited knowledge of competitor's pricing and just knowing the materials they sued and the amount of labor. They were here when they were supposed to be.

Service was not provided. The service provider could not make two appointments. On the day of the 3rd appointment, they notified me that they no longer provide the service and to contact Angie's List for a refund. Basically I wasted my time.

I was unable to use the big deal due to the company telling me that I either needed to purchase additional deals or pay $1800 on top of the big deal I already purchased. I checked the fine print it was suppose to be only 1 per household. I thought it didn't sound right. When I asked them about it they said that the deals were cancelled and to call Angie's List for a refund. Although the deal states that it is valid until February. I felt like this company wasted my time and my money.
