Description of Work: I am moving into a house with what I thought would be much smaller closet space. Closet Factory came out and transformed my bedroom and coat closets so all my peeps now have closet envy. They were professional in all the planning and execution. Sue Pike and Daniel (the installer) were a pleasure to work with on this important part of the rehab of my new living space!

Description of Work: Sue Pike, their designer, re designed the cloths closet in the master bathroom into a linen and cloths closet. Sue made several helpful suggestions and was able to clearly explain to me why some of my ideas were not functionally possible. She designed two different closets and I was able to see them on her lap top and was able to choose the one I felt suited my needs best. Before Sue left my home she set very clear and concise expectations on the design of the closet, the materials that would be used, the cost and date of installation. The installer arrived promptly as scheduled, was professional and completed the job on time. When he left other than a beautiful new closet he left no debris, no dirt/dust..the bedroom area where he worked was as clean and tidy as when he arrived. Sue stopped by why her installer was here to be sure the job was going as planned and I had no concerns. Working with the Closet Factory and Sue Pike was flawless and I will be contacting her again to help me with other closets in my home!

Description of Work: We had to create a new master closet after taking the old one in a bath renovation, so all we had was 4 blank walls. The representative (Sue Pike) came to our home, took measurements and asked about the kinds of storage we needed. Before she left, we had a great closet plan. I wanted a cabinet with shelves and doors, so hanging clothes and open shelves were not visible from the master bedroom. Got it. I wanted sections for hanging clothes that would be adjustable as our needs changed. Got it. I wanted a floor-to-ceiling section of shelves for shoes....nothing on the floor. Got it. I really liked the way the units are built to the floor. I think it makes the whole thing much more stable, and it looks "custom." Both Sue and the carpenter, Mark, have been terrific representatives of the company. Sue checked with me immediately following installation to see if I was happy with the work (I was) and if I had any concerns (I didn't.) As I began to move our belongings into the closet, I decided I wanted four more shelves. I called Sue, and she delivered them to me herself by the end of the week. I have been totally impressed with the service I received. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend.
