Description of Work: They installed a new roof and siding. They also fixed a window on the porch that they had installed earlier. I am very happy with what happened. Everything was great. The work looks good. They cleaned up and completed the job.

Description of Work: We got an estimate from Champion. The salesman was very nice but it took 2 visits to our house plus a trip to the showroom before we got any numbers. Then the numbers kept changing. I got confused by the amounts that were being offered off for various specials or changes in color or details on the windows. They gave us nothing in writing. We had them do a room by room estimate and for an unexplained reason there was a $900 difference between two rooms which each had 3 double hung windows. It just seemed too vague and I was not sure why the windows were so much more expensive than other ones. They will give a song and dance about why but after meeting with 4 companies, I discovered every one has a reason why their windows are the best and can't be compared to others
