I liked the company but will not be using them because the estimate wasn't in my budget.

Everything went ok from start to finish

They had to open a side of the house where I had a sliding door. They tore the old deck down and built a new sun room. The staff were very good and professional and easy to talk to. I don't remember having any issues at all. The thing that stood out to me was they were very detailed in there work. I thought they did an excellent job and I was impressed with the detail in there work. I would definitely consider Champion for any of your remodeling needs.

When the windows were installed, from the living room, you can see the white grid. When you look at them from the sunroom, the tint is green due to the tint of the insulated glass. Before the project started, the salesmen showed me a sample of only the clear glass side, not the tinted side. Also, when the salesmen came, the sample provided did not include grids. The salesmen was a recently trained representative who did not have a lot of experience. I realized this because after many of the questions I had, he had to call someone at Champion to get an answer. He said that looking through the champion windows would be no different than what our sunroom windows have, which was just not true. When the installation was complete and I looked at the job, I noticed the green tint. The installer agreed with me about noticing the green tint. When signing the services completed form, I noted that I was unhappy with the green tint and wanted a follow-up call about the issue. I called in and spoke with Brian Walls, the regional manager. He advised that I signed the contract and he would do nothing about my complaint. I asked for either him or another representative to take a look at the work, which he said he did not have to do. REBUTTAL TO SERVICE PROVIDER RESPONSE: 1) the payment had been placed in dispute with USAA credit card immediately after speaking with Brian Walls who told me Champion wasn?t/didn?t have to do anything. 2) with my several submissions to the Better Business Bureau in Richmond and their involvement with Champion, they have offered arbitration for resolution of my case after my last submission to them. I will accept their arbitration offer.

Two workers came out to do the service. It took them about a week to do it. I would say that I would shop around. The windows are good. I will use them again in the future because a big part of why I bought from them was their warranty.

We really like them. They were great. We had a lot of rot from water and some termite damage under the old front door. When they came and took the door off, they repaired all of that underneath. Took out the old wood and put in new wood and didn't charge us any extra for doing that. They were very professional. They did a great job. I highly recommend them. My interactions with them was wonderful. They were good. I got a good price on the door we got. I actually went and talked to the manager down in Richmond personally. They really did a nice job for me.

The service turned out fine. The quality of the product was good, they had to come back and fix some trim yesterday. It is not a great company, and it is not a bad company. They did a sliding glass door.

Quality product and a quality job. Very impressed with both installers who went over and above. The sales pitch was the most painfull part. I knew what I wanted and just wanted to hear the bottom line, but I had to listen to them "sell" the company. Otherwise - a good experience.

It went Great. Champion, particularly Matt went out of their way to be helpful and supportive. Matt was very helpful in describing the options, suggesting the best way to put the room in our property, and when we visited showed us all of the various ways to accomplish what we wanted. Scheduling was done efficiently to include measurements and county permits. The building went very smoothly, John and John were very professional, worked quickly and were cheerful folks that were a pleasure to have around. We are extremely pleased with our sun room and show it off to visitors regularly as well as spending almost all of our time in there.

I have dealt with them before. I had no issues with their service. The fact that I had done business with them before made me choose them over the others.

My experience has gone well. I am pleased with the service. They are thorough and they make sure you are happy with the work. They helped us match the new windows with the existing windows on the home. We did have some miss communication about the screens but they fixed it right away. The installers were great and cleaned up well after themselves. You pay for what you get. They are pricey but they do quality work.

We have always been pleased with them. Everything they have done for us has been top notch and turned out well. They have been out twice to replace some windows, which is part of their gaurantee. They also do this at no additional cost.

My experience went well. They did a good job and did everything as advertised. We are completely satisfied with them. The work was well worth the price. There were two people here doing the work and they were here for about 8 hours. They cleaned up well after themselves.

I was very happy with them. They gave a good presenation of their product. They showed up on time for the appointment. They were professional. It was a little pricey but it was a good quality product and we wanted the glass that was UV protected.

They were fantastic and honest. They have great value at a good price.

. Back to reorder once again. After three more months those arrived, and the Champion rep didn't even let them off the truck because he found damage. At this point I suggested we just forget the whole thing. I ended up keeping the first substandard doors, and they kept the half payment deposit and we called it quits. On the plus side, they were very agreeable and polite, but just couldn't deliver on an order that shouldn't have been difficult.

It was a fine experience. The staff came out and walked me through the whole process. They gave me an estimate and they did everything they said they're going to do with the price they quoted me. All was very well done.

The entire project took about one month despite snow and sleet interuptions.They were very professional and clearly were very skilled and experienced carpenters. Very nice to deal with and they strove to please. Would recommend them to a friend highly.

No problems. Work went well and was performed quickly.

The guy was one of those very pushy, "I know best" salesmen. I explained we're trying to sell the house & are on a limited budget. We don't need or want anything fancy & just the windows fixed. I was told I didn't want to cheap out &'that this guy would like to do these big fancy windows and that there's no way that you could just replace the panes the whole thing would need to be done. He knows this b /c he's been doing this for X amount of years and I need to just listen to him. So, I said fine give me a quote on what I want & what you want & I'll let you know. He only gave me a quote on his suggestion, $3500. The whole thing left an awful taste in my mouth & even if he had been right about the windows I would not have used Champion b/c of his attitude. Thankfully he was wrong, the panes could just be replaced & we have gorgeous new windows for only $900.

Sales pitch was everything you would expect. Demonstration of product and lengthy explanation of why we should choose them over the other guys. I got turned off when salesman started getting pushy and saying, "What can I do to earn your business today?" That's the one term I truly hate. I knew right then I would not be using them.

Call for a general estimate, but I could not get one unless I allowed a rep to do sales pitch.

Came on time for estimate and installation. Had problem soon after installation with some of the windows- cracks,grids slipping. Champion promptly sent someone to assess situation and order replacement. Takes a bit to get replacement but Champion installed new windows promptly (except had to call once to ask if window had arrived and it had been there for a bit without anyone notifying us). Once all the problems were fixed there has not been any issues. Champion stands behind their products and are willing to keep doing what is necessary to get it right.

Champion costs a bit more than the competition, but everyone, from the sales representative to the woman on the phone, was courteous. I had to take off work to meet the salesman and the installers, and I very much appreciated that all of those individuals were on time and did not make me wait. Would I use them again? You bet. Well worth the higher price - I felt good about the entire transaction.

Very professional, prompt and courteous. Will recommend them to friends and family. Beautifully finished.
