Description of Work: Champion Windows replaced and installed two windows in our sun room. They had to return a total of four times to get the job done right; however, we were satisfied with how they were willing to compensate us for the inconvenience. We had to call them a few times to get updates, so that was a little frustrating, but overall, I would recommend the company and use them again.

Champion did an excellent job not only in the installation but with the extreme caution they used in removing the huge amount of glass. They never broke one piece. They removed one room of windows at a time to ensure they would not leave any open windows incomplete over night. They did a great job in the three days they were here and the clean up was great.
Description of Work: They replaced eleven double pane windows in my home. One was a huge picture window in my living room and one in my kitchen. They also hauled the old windows away.

I got my windows done and they look awesome. I like that I can clean them from the inside. This company is great and they stand behind the warranty I purchased when I put the windows in. I had a tiny rip in one of my screens and they came out the same day and fixed it. I think this company is excellent.
Description of Work: I had eleven triple paned low maintenance windows put in my home. They removed the old ones as a part of the service.

I had exceptionally great service with this company. I was very pleased with the work that was performed. There was a crew of 2 doing the work. It passed inspections the first time through so everything was done right. I enjoy it everyday and I was very glad I hired this company to do the work.

They did an okay job on the installation of the siding and the clean up. There was some touch up work that needed to be done that they were supposed to come back and finish, but they never came back and never returned our calls.

They sent a man out to evaluate and estimate the job. The next day a crew came out and started the work. They did a good job in removing all of the old materials. It took them about three days to complete the job. They did a great job in cleaning up and we have not had any problems with any of their work.
Description of Work: They replaced 4 double pane insulated windows with new ones and hauled the other two away on our 1600 square foot home.

Champions Window Siding did a wonderful job. I plan on getting more windows done, and I will be calling them. They gave me a price, but explained that it could be more than what was discussed because of a picture window that would cost more. I could appreciate them being upfront with me.
Description of Work: They replaced wood that was rotten on the ledge of seven windows. They repaired the area and covered it with metal place for protection.

Champion did a good job for me. They had to come back, though, to fix the locks because they weren't working properly. The holes they cut for the air-conditioner concerned me but they said not to worry about it. The job was supposed to last six weeks but ended up taking three months.
