When I requested an estimate, the Certa-Pro rep responded immediately and got it scheduled. The guy doing the estimate showed up on time, looked at our house, and discussed the project with us. Said we would get an e-mailed estimate that day. Then…no response. I e-mailed him the next week and heard nothing. I finally contacted the company to ask about my estimate. Shortly thereafter, I got a voicemail from the guy who promised the estimate. He said it wasn’t a job for Certa-Pro and we’d be better served getting a handyman to do it. Well, he could have told us that when he first looked at the job! I wasted several days because of Certa-Pro.
Description of Work: Paint fascia under gutters.

The worker was great. They work within our time frame, finished on time, and on schedule. They help us the best way that they could. The communication throughout the process was huge and they let us know each time. Me and my wife appreciate them.
Description of Work: They repair the sheet rack, painted the second floor, walls, ceiling and the bathroom.

The quality of work was great They were the best painter, I've been through. It was a good price, everything was right, they did what they said they would do, and they cleaned up. They did a great job.
Description of Work: They painted the garage, couple of rooms, and stuff outside the house.
