Ron Jackson did a terrific job for us! He removed carpet from our sunroom, installed backer-board and ceramic tile. From the initial call that I placed to request that Ron quote the job, his responsiveness, timeliness and professionalism were noticed and very much appreciated. From start to finish things went extremely smooth. Firstly, he arrived on time for the estimate, timeliness is very important to me, as I value my time very much. In the past I have not hired contractors because of their lack of timeliness, it's generally a nice gauge of their professionalism. He clearly has a thorough knowledge of not only tile installation but of tile itself and the various types. He actually gave me more information about the actual tile I bought than I really needed(or wanted). I got 4 different estimates for this work and something just clicked with Ron, very easy going, yet professional guy. Please note that of the estimates he was not the cheapest of the lot. Initially I thought his price was a little high, but after receiving the other estimates his price was fair, somewhere in the middle. I have been in and around the construction field for 20 years doing carpentry and renovation work myself, his attention to detail was excellent. He does things by the book, no shortcuts. This type of thing is RARE. All of the work was done on time and as we discussed. The custom backsplash design he came up with was really phenomenal, I am constantly getting compliments on it. The only negative thing I can say about Ron is that he is an avid Greenbay Packer fan.

Ron Jackson arrived punctually to make the original estimate. He measured and asked questions about how I wanted it to look. He also made suggestions which definitely improved the final product. I had previously purchased all of the tile, so the cost was only for the installation. Ron and his associate arrived as scheduled and worked very efficiently, completing the job in one day. I am very pleased with the results. It looks great.
