All work has always been satisfactory. I the company is quick to repair any issues and always explain what had to be done. I would recommend to anyone who needs to have their irrigation system, input in place or repaired.

They were quick, affordable and reliable!

This was the worst service that me and my wife have ever received! The flower bed was put in and all they did was cut the grass down with a weedwacker and threw mulch over top. they use no grass killer, no flower bed liner and wanted to change 300.00 bucks. that was without flowers!!! second, they made trenches to cover the pipes they laid and poorly covered them up. after a rain storm all the dirt they used to cover the pipes washed away! I spoke with the owner and was told "even though its not his company's fault, he would still fix our issue. I had 3 other landscapers come out and said that if it was graded correctly, the rain wouldn't have washed dirt away! he took our money and now saying something different. NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD!! DO NOT USE THEM!!

After they came out and charged $85 to check the system, they found the back flow and 2 hears needed replaced. But they couldn't come back out for a month an and half to repair the issues. When they did come back, they changed the back flow and left. They didn't turn the system on, replace the broken heads or adjust anything is any way.

We would use them again in the future.

Charged 75.00 for turning on the sprinklers. They were already on, didn't need to be turned on so the fee was 75.00 for activation. Charged 360.00 to replace 4 sprinkler heads, cost should have been around 175.00. Found a leak but said they would have to return in a month to fix the leak. When I called the office to see if they could come out sonner they said they were busy and it would be a month before they could return to repair the leak. One of the sprinklers they worked on is sticking so far out of the ground that someone can trip over it or it will be run over by a a lawn mower. I will never use this company again.

Winterized irrigation system

We like the cost and their maintenance policies. It is easy to use them and they have courteous service.

They were excellent and they did everything that they said they would. They did it on time. The work was excellent and their price was good.

Although the technician made the necessary repairs, he BROKE our control unit. The unit was fairly new and had been working just fine until this service call. We found heavy-handed tool marks on the unit, which is tucked inside our garage where no one else had access to it. I cannot prove, but find it hard to believe, he didn't realize the damage he'd caused.
