Description of Work: Phenomenal! Sold home to appropriate buyer and closed two weeks earlier than original offerer at an increased price! Original 1st buyer had inappropriate expectations so they were moved off immediately and 2nd buyer cash offer was brought to closing at a $5K increase to the seller. Zubaria exhibits the following attributes of a professional: 1) Focus - she never loses focus on what the point of the deal is: to sell at the maximum advantage to her client she handled all aspects of the transaction and followed up especially after I had moved to another city over 100 miles distant 2) Knowledgeable - Zubaria understands the nature and requirements of residential real estate sales in the current online environment, how listings are made instantly available to a wide market online and where her efforts need to be focused to be most effective 3) Creative - Zubaria understood that the market was escalating and that we could increase our price to cover home inspection issues to preserve our profit, AND did not keep that opinion to herself. She communicates clearly with the client and the other agent with a sense of urgency that keeps everyone focused on the deal. 4) Value - She brings tremendous value and cost benefit to the transaction that allows more flexibility for negotiating around issues while preserving profit. Description of Work: It was a great experience working with Zubaria. She has been always professional providing comps and getting the deals for best price. I have had many buying and selling experience with her and it was always excellent. I would suggest using her services. The good thing about her is she would never rush to buy or sell the property, but she does advise though if it is right time to buy or sell by doing market analysis.
