Avoid these guys at all costs. After two weeks of working and not even being close to finishing they walked off the job and never returned nor did they return my deposit or will respond to my calls or texts. Taking someones money and not finishing a job is about as low as a contractor can get. I dealt with Christian who I think must be in charge of the company now. When I call the main number I used to get him but now he ignores my calls and texts. I made it clear that I needed the work done right away and if they couldn't I would have to do it myself. Christian checked and said they could start the next day. They showed up at 11am. When I returned later that day there was one guy working and had next to nothing completed. Again the next day one guy showed up by himself at 1030 or so. He was nice enough guy but didn't actually work for Wise Guys. They were trying to make a quick buck and sub the work out to another company. After several days and very little progress I complained and asked for more guys to come the next day. Christian blamed it on me because he didn't buy the materials. This was just him trying to make excuses. I am a contractor as well and all the materials were there and correct. That's besides the point because there was no one there to even put the materials up. They took the next several days off all the while I'm gettign fined $10 a day. After two weeks Christian came and said it would be done in two days. They removed trim one day and didn't replace, leaving the plywood exposed to storms that came through. Most of the work that they did do has to be removed and redone. Some miters are 3/4" wide and filled with caulk. Some are that wide and not even filled. The trim is composite with one side textured and one side flat. They put the textured side out when nothing on my house has textured trim. then they flipped a couple pieces to flat so some of my trim is textured side out and some is flat. They left for lunch one day right before a storm which came through and blew their canopy over breaking my lamp out front and hitting my wifes car. Not even an apology and they did not fix the lamp. After 3 weeks they walked off the job, leaving my house exposed. Didn't even put back up the trim that they had removed. I've tried calling, texting, emails, and nothing. These guys are the worst kind of contractor. My trim still isn't complete because of serious health issue with a family member we don't have enough money to pay someone to finish unless they return the deposit. I've now been fined over $300 because of these guys. They are an absolute joke. DO NOT HIRE THEM. They are a joke and as dishonest as they come.

They finished the work quickly and did a good job cleaning up afterward. Giovannia was courteous, professional and flexible. Their new roof handled hurricane Sandy without a glitch. I commend them on a job well done.
