Description of Work: - Powerwashed deck, painted deck, removed old deck railing boards and replaced them - Painted all trim (front and back) of townhouse - Painted kitchen and dining room/living room walls - Installed kitchen backsplash and added wooden trim above kitchen cabinets - Remodeled downstairs bathroom-removed old tile and installed new porcelain tile on floor and on wall border, painted vanity and walls, installed new faucets. Performed all plumbing. Installed lighting. - Remodeled upstairs guest bath-removed tile and installed new porcelain tile on floor and on wall as border, removed tile from shower and replaced with new tile, painted vanity, installed new shower hardware and faucets. Performed all plumbing. Installed lighting - Remodeled master bath-completely gutted the room leaving only the garden tub. Removed old tile and replaced with porcelain tile on floor. Removed old vanity, sinks, and toilet; replaced new vanity with double sinks, and toilet. Performed all plumbing. Built shower from ground up, hand placing smooth stones on shower floor. Installed lighting. - Built custom wood cabinets on three walls of garage, built work shelf, painted walls and floor, installed new lighting, and garage door opener. - Painted powder room bath on main floor. - Painted walls in basement. - Repaired cork floor in basement when it buckled. - Replaced locks on house (twice...don't ask) - Sealed driveway. - Installed wood blinds on living room bay window. - Painted office.
