Ketty has worked for me for over two years. She and her team of professional cleaners are hard working honest, and take pride in their work. I have them come weekly and it makes my life so much easier. I highly recommend them for one time deep clean, move-out cleaning, and scheduled cleanings!

Spotless Maids has expertly cleaned our house on a biweekly basis for the past few years.

I've been using Spotless Maids Service for five years and am very happy with their services. It's always a pleasure and great relief to have the house tidied and thoroughly cleaned. Their rates are very reasonable. A team of two works efficiently and cleans our three floors in about two hours. The owner, Ketty, is always very responsive via text if schedule needs to be adjusted or if you need extra deep cleaning done in certain areas.

Such a great team! Does a wonderful job with our home and highly recommend for regular or special cleanings as needed.

The team did a wonderful job! They took their time and were respectful of our things.

The first clean was great, then after that things were just ok, they missed stuff. My biggest complaints would be them breaking things and not telling me. They would clean and leave without checking in to see if I was satisfied. They were sometimes late and also took some of my cleaning supplies that they asked me to purchase. Last canceled with little notice and I was left to clean myself with short notice as we had and guest coming over. I think they are reasonably priced but customer service lacks, I would not use them again.

cleaned everything from the top of the cabinets and appliance to my windows and floors. everything was truly spotless when they left. I call them super ladies cause they are very efficient and left everything neat.

There is somethings that could have been done better.

I have not hired cleaners before, but was shocked to see them arrive almost empty handed. They were very sweet, but did not seem to understand exactly what was asked. Maybe if i was fluent in spanish, i could have gotten my request across more clearly?

Did a great job

She did an amazing job and customer service was excellent. She made my 2 bathrooms look brand new! I was amazed at how professional of a job she did. She got rid of spots that had been there forever and she did it in a short amount of time. The price was reasonable and I was just amazed! I will definitely use her again and very recommended!!!

They got lost and were late. The charges were much higher than first quoted. However, the follow up is reasonably priced. However, they did a great job.
