Service provider visited and suggested for me to get a refund.

Russ was very responsive and came to the house the same day we called. The estimate was right on! The work was done efficiently and on time. The crew cleaned up thoroughly when the job was complete. We would certainly recommend Russ to others for quality, timeliness and price.

Russ was able to offer several courses of action based on price and longevity of the finished project. He fully explained the advantages and disadvantages of all the options. Like many homes, ours has certain "features" (READ anomalies due to poor construction decisions when the home was built) that posed challenges to fixing the issues at hand. Overall Russ was able to save the windows and thus save us over $5,000. We found Russ on Angie's list several years ago. He came with a very high rating so we decided to give him a try. Some key points I would like to highlight are: Russ is very responsive. He returns phone call and email promptly Russ is very upfront about pricing. He is a stickler for quality. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. He is very professional and courteous. We plan on using his services for all home repair in the future. In the end, you get what you pay for. We are very happy with Russ Smith.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon in April (Order #1181740). Expecting the job to not be much more than the 4 hours that I purchased for $149, I was surprised that the estimate included another $800+ of work on top of the promo. Yesterday, I had another company (also found on Angie's List) come out and give an estimate. Their rate was less than half of the original one from Russell Smith.

As always, Russ is very responsive to our calls. When we called about the garage door he said he would be by to look at it, which he did and he fixed it. He didn't charge me to come the house or for fixing it because it was not a major job. He could have charged me to do the small adjustment he did, but he didn't. I really enjoy working with him and he is always the first person I call when I need something done.

The work was done as requested on the day they stated, but the had to come back to finish up the next day. The work looks great and I would use them again, but I thought the estimate was a little high for the amount of work to be done. I was told it would be an all day job. I guess the materials were at a higher cost than we assumed and we bought our own paint. We had budgeted about $1,000 to include one other area in addition to the work performed, but after that job cost as much as it did we elected to wait and have the other work done later.

Russ was great! He was extremely responsive and came out on a Saturday to look at the problem. Roof was fixed yesterday (Monday). Very pleased with the work and Russ was very professional. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Arrived on time, worked until Job was completed to our satisfaction and kept us informed about everything he was removing and replacing and how or why it needed to be constructed in the fashion it was.

He indicated it would take him all day and I would receive a $150 credit for the coupon. In my opinion this is an unreasonable estimate and his offer to credit me $150 for the coupon is not in the spirit of the coupon which is for 4 hours of labor. The provider was very prompt and courteous but way way overpriced.

It has been fine. I was satisfied with the work. It has held up ever since.

The project went very well. We did have unexpected findings during the job which cost more and an extra day. He picked up the door for us at Home Depot and disposed of the old door. He was very professional, easy to work with, and pointed out other potential problems that we hadn't noticed and helped arrange for the other work. The door looks great!

Punctual, professional, explained every step and option. Highly recommend! He brought a team that worked quickly and efficiently and in the end saved us hundreds of dollars compared to the others that came out.

Before I purchased this, I called to confirm that there would be an inspection and a de-stink. If there was a need, they would do a service. If there wasn't a need, they would do a preventative. They came for less than 5 minutes, sent me an email with a quote of more than $1000. He didn't do anything. I am now getting a refund through Angie's List for this deal.

Russ is a great guy. He is honest and up front and doesn't try to take advantage of a person. He doesn't bully or pressure you into work. He is also very responsive.

They are a very good company we would highly recommend.

This was an awesome experience from start to finish. All work was was completed on time and any changes in schedule were communicated well in advance (had to watch for a sunny day to perform the work). When the work was completed you would never have guessed I had a roofing job done as there was not one nail or any trash left behind. Russ stayed in communication to ensure the workers were there on time and doing what was expected. Quality was very important to Russ. True customer service not found often in the world today. I would engage him for other projects I have and recommend him to others.

Just one word describes this company - awesome. Work was done on time. Everything was removed from the job site. No trash, nails, anything left behind. I would use Russ' company again for any other job I might have.
