+ -1 moreWe had 2 offers in 3 days, with no open house (it was scheduled, but we had an offer so quick)! During the inspection phase, the buyers were requesting additional items, and Kyle handled all the negotiations, and we had zero surprises. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for selling a home.
Description of Work: Kyle Davis was our Realtor. NOT just any Realtor, but someone motivated to get the most out of our property. He offered suggestions for interior colors, fabrics, material updates, as well as noting the deficiencies about our property, that we could update if we were so inclined. We then had a palette and a plan to go by for selling our home. Just fantastic.

He goes above and beyond to make sure that you get a quality home at a fair price - looking out for your best interests and informing you of things you'd never notice. In regards to the selling process, he knows the market extremely well and helps you to prep and stage your home to get the best sale price. He always has repeat clients because he is very trustworthy. He cares about your family's interests, not just about making his commission. Kyle has received numerous awards from Remax and is a top agent. I recommend him to everyone I know.

+ -1 moreGetting a home ready for the market is stressful yet Kyle laid out a plan with timelines and action items to help keep me on track and allow me to feel as though I was making progress. With so many action items, it is easy to fell overwhelmed; however, Kyle stayed in touch and stopped by offering encouragement. Kyle assisted with prioritizing things such that my tight budget could be accommodated and the most important items were addressed. He has a wealth of information and from this, he offered tips and tricks that definitely helped as well as ideas for sprucing up that were homeowner friendly and didn't require expensive contractors. His talents at interior design are outstanding and he made my home look like a model home. He doesn't have a magic wand, yet working with him to sell or buy your property will be easier than you anticipate. I would highly recommend Kyle Davis.
Description of Work: Kyle assisted in listing my home and performed several services including: restaging the property, suggesting putting things in storage, noting areas to be corrected/fixed, convincing me what price the market would support vs. my dream selling price and making trips to the comparable homes listed such that I had a sense of our competition. After I thought I was ready, Kyle did a final walk-thru to ensure that the home was show worthy and upon his approval, had a professional photographer take pictures. All during this stage, Kyle posted a "Coming Soon" sign in our yard. In the end, our home had 4 bidders before it actually hit the market. In this down economy, Kyle worked magic and I am extremely pleased! After the 1st great experience, I employed Kyle again - this time to help me purchase a home. True to his detail oriented nature, he listened to my wants, helped me understand my budget and the market, and then focused me on key aspects of finding a new home. His knowledge of Loudoun County neighborhoods, school, road plans, shopping, etc. further allowed me to hone in on what location would be ideal. As things progressed, and Kyle and I went out to evaluate properties where he was quick to point out pro's and con's as they related to my prioritized list of wants and needs. His contacts in the industry really facilitated the process for with a simple phone call, he could offer information, guidance, etc. to further assist me in this exciting yet taxing process. Soon enough, I was again a happy homeowner - thanks to Kyle Davis.
