Excellent service! I emailed the address on the website late at night soon after choosing RC Electrical Services from Angie's List. A response came back almost immediately, and even though I was slow to respond, Rene was able to come to our house the next morning at the appointment time he had offered to us. He looked into our issue and was able to repair it. He explained the cause of the problem, and offered an estimate on a solution to avoid similar problems in the future, which we declined,. There was no sales pressure whatsoever. We also asked him for estimates on a number of other repairs. We are very pleased with the service and the prices, and we are already scheduling the remainder of the repairs with RC Electrical Services. Very highly recommended - I'd rate it A+ if I could!

Rene and Miguel were very professional, courteous, and very quick to resolve the issue. They arrived right on time, early enough in the morning that I was not very late to work either. There were some loose and/or busted wires in several outlets in my living room. They were quick to diagnose and fix the problem. They were also very polite and very reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again!

The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and I would definitely return to this company for more services. The reason for the lower rating was the way the coupon was structured. For general services and the type of work I wanted done, two hours of an advanced buy was too much. After the refrig was up and running (about 35 minutes) I had an abundance of time left so I had him put in some new ceiling lights (added to the cost) and replace several of the light sockets I have around the house etc. to finish out the time. The company does excellent work - but I have learned that unless you know exactly what you need done - the advance buy with a coupon may not be the best way to go.

Overall it went very well. Rene is easy to work with and was very quick in providing an estimate with recommendations for type of lights (LED) to install. Scheduling went well and Rene was flexible with our work schedule. On the day of the appointment, he showed up promptly on time and easily finished the work with no mess. Excellent service with very competitive pricing. Will use again for other electrical jobs in our house.

Everything works. All work completed within one day. Very professional in performing the work. Made some recommendations for specific light bulbs and use of extension cords to either improve performance or reduce risk.

RC arrived on time and was ready to work. He put on booties without me having to ask prior to coming into my home. He 'cleaned' up some of the wiring that was poorly wired during the construction of my home. Very pleased. He was quiet, quick, and professional.

Rene is fantastic. Seriously this guy is great. As an avid lover of Christmas lights, it was disturbing to have them blow fuses, and go dark for various reasons unknown to me. I called several electricians, but Rene was the quickest to respond, as well as being able to do the work the day he came out. He spent the day diagnosing the issue, repairing the lampost, installed 2 outlets so I could separately hook up more lights, and set them all to timers. He is very reasonable for the amount of work he did. Definitely will use him in the future.

SUCH a great experience - Rene was exactly on time, and despite running into problems that were not at all his doing (i.e. the fan motor being dead) he was able to get everything working incredibly quickly. A complete professional at a great deal - and now someone we will absolutely always turn to whenever we need electric work done. Thanks!!

The repairs were made very quickly and we soon had heat in the house :-) Mr. Cartegena the quickly diagnosed the problem with the post lamp (something an an earlier electrician had not done) and replaced the sensor. We haven't had a problem since. Mr. Cartegena was very flexible with regards to scheduling and very responsive to our problems. I highly recommend him.
