All of the recovery work was completed in two days. And that included a weekend. They communicated with me to describe what they would do and what my options were. This is very important to me. This is the second time I have used this company and I was delighted with their service both times.

Q was very quick to respond and were willing to work within my schedule to send a technician to my home. They ran several diagnostic tests and found several Trojans were impacting the speed of the laptop. A laptop clean up was done and I am now running much faster.

Brought lap top to Q computer repair on a Saturday and was given a range of $170.00 to $300.00 depending on exact problem and computer was ready to pick-up 2 days later on a Monday and cost was $170.00. Very pleased and would use them again but hope I do not need to! Thank you for the safe estimate as to potential cost of repair.

It took a few days because the part had to be ordered, but it came when the rep said it would. I had the laptop back within 4 days, so it wasn't bad. Overall, I think these guys do good work and are reasonably priced, even for NoVa.

After a bad experience using a nationwide repair service--they took 3 days to say they didn't have the cooling fan needed and didn't tell me until I called them to check on the status--I contact Qamar Hussain. We had used him about a year ago to sort out problems installing Kapersky anti virus software. Qamar identified the problem, ordered the parts needed (cooling fan and power supply) for overnight delivery, and had the computer repaired by the next day. He also tested the computer for speed and took care of some basic maintence that we had been neglecting. He did an excellent job, did it very quickly, and at a reasonable rate.
