Excellent job at a great price!

Prime Exteriors was very responsive to my on-line request for an estimate for new guttering. Morty Severin visited my home and gave me an estimate the very next day. Morty supervised the job from start to finish. The gentleman who installed the gutters was very efficient. While cleaning out the back upper gutter (which had been replaced in 2013), he noticed the screws were loose and tightened them down. He did a very thorough job cleaning out the gutters, hosing them down as well. I would definitely recommend Prime Exteriors to others. Working with Morty was very easy.

Very happy with the speed at which Prime responded, estimated, and ultimately performed the work. The approach was no-nonsense and the quality of the work was good. The cost seemed a bit high but I would not hesitate to hire Prime again.

I had a piece of fascia blow off the rake board during a very windy storm. Our house had just been listed for sale and we needed to get this repaired immediately. I called seven other roofing repair companies prior to reaching Ashley Clark at Prime Exteriors. The seven different companies all told me they had to send an estimator out first (at least one week wait for this) and then schedule the job (at least two more weeks). All told I was looking at three weeks minimum to get the job done. Ashley took the time to listen to my problem, understood the issue clearly, and sent someone out the same day. It was that afternoon that Neal, Prime Exteriors' field man, showed up, fixed the rake board very professionally, and inspected the rest of the board and my gutters (which were clean). The professionalism and courtesy that both Ashley and Neal showed me prompted me to write this recommendation. Prime Exteriors will be the first call I make for any future needs.

In the process, they discovered that my detached garage gutters were clogged and unclogged them. They also re-did a downspout on the front of the house that was broken, and put a screw into a loose downspout on the detached garage. The owner Morty is awesome at communication and staying in touch. He sent me pictures of the repairs. I will definitely be using this company again!

Needed gutter replacement, and my better half has wanted a storm door since we purchased home in July 2012. It was vital that storm door was installed by 04/03/15 as she commutes daily to Washington DC and I started a new job on 04/06/15. Morty and his crew went out of their way to get this job done in time. Needless to say, we really appreciated their effort. The icing on the cake, was that they provided the best price we could find.. Glad we were referred to them by our realtor.

My interactions with Prime Exteriors & Services have been stellar since my first initial contact. My tenants called at dinner time to complain that the gutters were leaking and that they were very upset with the ice forming on the front steps of the townhouse. I called Prime Exteriors after hours and was very surprised that Ashley answered the phone. She immediately scheduled an appointment for the next morning. I met Morty at the house, and he explained that both the gutters and downspouts were filled with ice and that the water had nowhere to flow but over the edge of the gutters. He noted that the roofs of the adjacent townhouses overlapped our roof and that the water flow of three roof systems was simply too much for our small gutters to handle. He recommended replacing the old gutters and downspouts with larger ones. He sent an estimate the next morning. Due to the extreme cold and heavy snow cover, he had to wait a week to do the work. On the scheduled day, they showed up on time and replaced two 6' sections of gutter and two long sections of downspouts with oversized versions. Morty sent photos of the work and followed up with both an email and a phone call to make sure that we were happy with the work. We are extremely pleased with the work! We will definitely call Prime Exteriors again - in fact, we already have - to do more work on this property!

Morty came on time to meet us and provide an estimate. He was not able to provide a solution to a unique problem we have with water running down a wall at the front of the house due to the type of roof and previous trim wrapping, but did offer to come back in the spring and power wash the area to improve the appearance. (Another Angie's list contractor who had been here previously for a different job, could not come up with a solution for that problem either! Due to the excellent reviews, his offer to complete the job quickly and that the price seemed fair, we did not bother to get any other estimates. The snow prevented Morty's team from completing the job on the originally scheduled date, but he gave us notice and let us know when it could be rescheduled. I was not at home when the work was completed, but do know that that it was cold, windy and was snowing sideways at the time. When I had a couple of questions for Morty, he promptly came back to my house and showed me the work that had been completed. We are grateful that they did the work on that day, considering the weather conditions at the time they were working. Morty is very friendly and professional and I would use his services gain and recommend him. Setting up the appointment and payment was also easy and efficient and the person I spoke to on the phone was always polite & helpful.

We contacted Prime Exteriors to receive an estimate for roof replacement on our home. The representative on the phone was very kind and professional, scheduling an appointment the very next day with a sales consultant. Morty Severin arrived right on time, was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. His presentation was clear and very well done, so much so that we decided to sign the contract that day without bothering to receive any additional quotes from other companies. They scheduled my job quickly, making sure to work around my schedule. The roofing crew arrived when expected and were very professional and polite. They did a fantastic job from beginning to end, making sure to clean any mess they made while the work was taking place. All in all, we are extremely pleased and impressed with the job done by Prime Exteriors. We will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their home.

I had been looking into replacing my roof for a couple of years, but after noticing a leak come into my home a couple of months ago, decided to really start shopping around. I contacted three different local companies to ask for a quote. Prime Exteriors was the first to respond and I was able to meet with someone the very next day. He gave what seemed like a very honest assessment. I could repair the leak and most likely get another 1-2 years out of the roof, but I would take the risk of causing more damage and spending more money in the long run. I decided to move forward with replacement. He had a board of the different types of shingles and colors and all information I needed readily available to make an informed and quick decision. Their replacement cost was extremely fair and slightly lower than the other two quotes I received. They even had a service crew come out and tarp the leak area to ensure no further damage would be caused until the new roof could be installed. It seemed like they really cared about my situation and my home.

I obtained three estimates for the work to be done. The reasons I chose Prime Exteriors were: 1- unlike the 2 other companies the owner of Prime Exteriors was the one to inspect and give me the estimate; 2- time was taken for a thorough inspection of the work to be done (unlike one company who took only a half hour); 3- a thorough explanation of the extent of the job and materials to be used and how they would be used was given; 4- the estimate and pricing were inclusive (there were no qualifications that would increase the price) 5- the price was competitive. The job was completed in one day. The workers were cheerful and hard working. I didn't see anyone standing around doing nothing. The plan of the work was efficient in that once the old roofing was gone from one area, new roofing began. Tarp was attached from the roof to the ground to catch debris. Care was taken of the landscaping and clean up was meticulous. The owner was on-site the majority of the time. The final price was as the estimate. There were no surprises. I would definitely use this company for any future work and highly recommend it to others.

I was referred to Prime Exteriors when I got a "fix it" letter from my HOA about my damaged rakeboard. I don't even know what a rakeboard is, but they came right out, gave me a very reasonable quote and fixed it---all within two weeks during the busy summer. A month later, I got another "fix it" letter from the HOA for a separate problem and Prime Exteriors came through again with a prompt appointment for a quote and an easy fix. They were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced--can't ask for anything better. I would absolutely use them again and refer them to friends.

I contacted Prime Exteriors for a full roof, gutter and window replacement. I contacted two other exterior companies in conjunction with Prime Exteriors and Services. They were the only company able to provide me with a comparable fair cost for all three requests. My estimator, Morty was prompt and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions including the different shingle color options and warranties offered. Morty was also onsite throughout the project to make sure the job was running as scheduled and even with a slight delay due to weather the job was completed on time. The office coordinated the crews arrival around my schedule which was extremely helpful. I am pleased with my overall project from start to finish. I will definitely recommend Prime Exteriors and Services to my family, friends and colleagues.

I was extremely pleased with the quality and service of Prime Exteriors. They installed an attic fan for me and my second level is now a lot cooler! Morty Severin came to my house on June 22nd to provide an estimate, and I signed a contract to have the attic fan installed and they completed the job on July 1st. They provided excellent service and were accommodating as far as working with my schedule. They left the house clean when they were finished. I would recommend Prime Exteriors to any of my friends. As a matter of fact I have two more jobs on their schedule. They will be replacing my front door and my back sliding glass door.

Less than three months ago, I moved into a 15 year old townhouse. I knew something was wrong with the gutters when I moved in so I called another company I had used before. That salesman was quite unprofessional, didn't look at anything closely and just recommended having all of the gutters replaced. As I was quite displeased with that estimate and frankly his lack of professionalism, I contacted Prime Exteriors on a friend's recommendation. I have nothing but very positive things to say about them. On each occasion, I received very prompt contact and estimates for the work that would need to be done. Regarding the gutter situation in particular, Morty (one of the owners of the company) looked over the gutters closely and determined the need for drip edge. He went on to say that merely replacing all of the gutters wouldn't have fixed my problem at all and that my gutters were still in good shape. The cost of the drip edge job was much less than having gutters replaced and then continuing to have the same problem!!! Thank you, Morty! When I discovered water in my master bathroom, I immediately called Prime Exteriors to help again. That was an easy fix too and because there was a storm coming through the next day, they took care of the problem before the storm came through. I was particularly surprised and appreciative of that thoughtfulness. With my current problem regarding the siding trim, I took a picture of the damage two days ago, emailed it to Ashley and they are taking care of the problem today. You just couldn't ask for better service. Speaking of service - as soon as the work is done, pictures are taken of the repairs and emailed within a day. I am so happy that I discovered Prime Exteriors and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. A big thanks goes out to Morty, Ashley, Heather and Neil.
