Description of Work: I was looking for a last minute handyman who could accommodate my crazy work schedule and fulfill requirements of a home inspection. Mike came by that afternoon to take a look, and explained what the report was asking and how he would fulfill the requirements. He worked on downspouts on the roof, gutters, caulking, replaced electrical outlets, and fixed doors.

Description of Work: This time he replaced old shutters and installed new ones but I have used him to install ceiling fans and lights, fix fence and various other things.

+ -1 moreMike Rosario is a busy guy and very popular here in the Broadlands so it can take a few days for him to return phone calls. However, he does good work and comes highly recommended by many of my neighbors. He arrived early in the morning and replaced the roof cap without issue.
Description of Work: The metal cap that runs along the ridge line of our roof was damaged in a storm. Wind had blown it up at a 90 degree angle. One of the men that works for Mike came out and replaced that roof cap on our roof.

Mike and his team are always polite and professional and are happy to go over everything with you. They give free estimates and they stay true to their estimates (No surprises or gotchas).
Description of Work: Basement sealing, roof shingles replaced, door knob and dead bolt lock replacement, exterior windows re-caulked, and exterior door trim replacement.
