You couldn't ask for much more in a real estate agent. - Personable - Punctual - Responsive - Honest - Skillful negotiator Our house-buying process with Nikola started in May 2012, just about the time when supply in the Ashburn area was quickly dwindling, so our search took a little longer than we hoped. Nikola was very patient with us, not sending us listings just to having something to look at. When we finally found the house we closed on, Nikola was great in the negotiation, keeping us informed and giving sound advice, not pressuring us to say "yay" on a deal with which we were not comfortable. Nikola also sold our previous residence in astonishing time -- 7 days after it was put on the market we had a full price offer. She knows the market, knows what works. Excellent agent to have on your side.
