I thought they were professional and gave a fair quote. They were very straight forward and candid with what the scope of work would require.

Run off from my neighbor's yard was causing a drainage problem in my yard. French drain was installed correctly. Work was done on time & workers were very professional.

Professional, hard-working, courteous and practical. They cut asphalt and removed an old catch basin. Installed new one, backfilled area, mounted sump pump and extended sump pump discharge over a brick wall and through back yard to discharge area.

Jim Monge responded quickly to my initial call. The estimate was not the cheapast nor most expensive but it became clear to me Jim would be easy to work with and he was very knowledgeable and polite. I also felt the estimate was very reasonable. He was able to accomplish the entire project within 3 weeks. They were excellent to deal with and I highly recommended Metro Drainage. It turned out to be a very pleasant and professionally handled project. Jim obviously knows his business and was excellent!

The professionals at METRO Drainage are of the highest quality. We have used them on two projects so far and have been completely satisfied with their prices as well as the work completed. To show you how dedicated they are, on the first project they completed, they dug a drainage ditch 30+ feet in the pouring rain. On the second project they were just as professional and courteous as on the first work order. I would definitely recommend the METRO Drainage for any outside drainage problem.

They came to give an estimate promptly and came just when they promised to do the work. It was done efficiently and they cleaned up well afterward. When nothing could be done to unblock drain, they suggested possible options, both quite elaborate, and did not push to do them; rather we agreed to wait and see if new drainage improved situation. I highly recommend this company.

I had a water leak coming in that I thought was coming through my foundation due to poor grading. MDP dug out the area and found no cracks or evidence of water going into my basement through the foundation or excess moisture. They filled the area back up with thoroughly compacted dirt and then lined the area with thick plastic . They then put down new rock (I picked up a couple bags at Lowes beforehand). Despite not being the source of the water, the regrading needed to happen anyway to prevent future problems and I have peace of mind that it was done correctly. MDP was on time, on budget, and thoroughly explained everything they would do and then did it. They were extremely responsive even though my project was small. During the process of figuring out what the actual cause of the leak was MDP stayed in touch with me and were willing to come back out again. By that point I had already figured out that the water was coming through the electrical line into my house, and an electrician has since fixed it.

I felt that the team were motivated to provide the best possible solution for the customer, as was evident in their professionalism and in the quality of work. This was a 100% positive experience, and Metro Drainage has clearly distinguished themselves from all competitors.

Jim was very professional and courteous and arrived on time. We walked the yard while I pointed out the areas I believed were causing the water problems. Jim made notes and made observations and recommendations as we walked the back yard. He also mentioned the evidence of water coming down the rear down spout to the back yard which I had not mentioned. I also told him about the sump pump water draining into the back yard. The sump pump can not be seen and is located under the rear deck but hidden by three steps attached to the deck. Jim gave me his recommendations explaining exactly what he and his partner Mike would do and the materials they would use. He said it would take approximately 2 days and provided a written proposal and cost. I accepted both. Jim said they could begin the following week on thursday. He called later in the week and said they could begin on Tues. vice Thurs. I agreed. I left work for awhile and came by on Tues. and everything was going great. We had a little rain on Wed but that didn't deter Jim and Mike. Jim even crawled under the deck in the mud to complete the sump pump connection. I am very pleased with the overall job. They did everything they said they would do and did an outstanding job. Jim and Mike are very hard working honest professionals. I would definitely recommend them to everyone who has external yard drainage problems.

This company is terrific. Very satisfied with their work. Really know what they are doing. They installed french drains, tied in the gutters to the drains, and added several underground water catchment basins to control the water drainage. Just super to work with. Incredibly conscientious. Could not be happier.

They performed their work in accordance with the agreed upon statement of work, were prompt and courteous every day, and completed the job on time and within budget. They were also respectful of my environment and cleaned up all waste materials and disposed of them accordingly.
