By excellent value, we don't mean the lowest price; we mean fair and reasonable prices for the high quality and outstanding service we provide. Our service area includes portions of Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and Montgomery County, Maryland. PROJECT COST INFORMATION: We estimate each project individually. We provide the value only high-quality craftsmanship and materials coupled with excellent service can provide. While individual components of projects may cost less, Metro works on projects starting at a total of $30,000 and going up to over $1,000,000. Most projects are in the $45,000-$450,000 range. KITCHENS usually start at $70,000, FULL BATHROOMS at $30,000, FINISHED BASEMENTS at $50,000, HOME ADDITIONS at $250,000, and MAJOR REMODELS AND WHOLE HOUSE RENOVATIONS at $125,000

Metro Building and Remodeling Group provides DESIGN BUILD REMODELING SERVICES FOR A WIDE RANGE OF PROJECTS. These include KITCHEN AND BATHROOM REMODELING, FINISHED BASEMENT REMODELING, building large and small HOME ADDITIONS, as well as handling with ease MAJOR HOME REMODELS AND WHOLE HOUSE RENOVATIONS. For some projects, we also provide the DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF OUTDOOR LIVING AREAS.

Services we don't offer

We do not offer the following services as standalone services: Replacement windows, doors, siding, roofing, gutters. Flooring, repair work, and outdoor living spaces. Projects where the parts of the project together are will be less than $35,000.

We used MBRG to finish our basement and I am very glad we did! The entire team was extremely responsive, thorough, respectful, and performed great work. We always knew what everything cost ( to include last minute add-ons) and were never caught off guard, which was extremely important to us with such a big project. Thank you for everything! We absolutely love our basement!

The process of finishing our 1,750 sq ft unfinished basement was a somewhat daunting one. We looked at several contractors ranging in experience, and changed our design many times along the way. I thank my lucky stars we went with George and his team who made the entire experience so smooth and easy. They managed the project like pros, were as discrete as possible, pulled us in when necessary, and were flexible with changes. From start to finish it took only six weeks to finish and we could not be happier with the finished product! I would highly recommend Metro Building and Remodeling to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy, professional, high quality contractor.
