MC Fence is very easy to work with. They contacted me immediately and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Once we decided to go with them they were able to schedule the work a week later. The men came out and did a fantastic job on installing the fence and an even better job of cleaning up afterwards. We had an issue with a split board but they quickly addressed it and replaced it without an issue. We highly recommend them.

From start to finish, MC Fence did an outstanding job recommending and installing a new split rail fence in our wooded back yard. Scheduling, execution, and quality exceeded our expectations! Melissa provided a very competitive and timely proposal after a thorough inspection of our property to assess our needs, and the installation crew preformed the job in a very professional, friendly, and efficient manner. Questions, suggestions, and open dialog about the job were welcomed by the crew foreman and Melissa at our home the morning the installation began to ensure everything was in agreement before starting. Materials arrived on time the day before as promised, so the work began right on time on the day of the job. Work was well-done and finished same day, and clean up was exceptionally thorough. Inspection of the job for our final approval was a pleasure, and our new dog has been enjoying safely playing in our backyard ever since!

The price was very reasonable. The salesperson and project manager are very professional and friendly. The workers went out of their way to do a good job. I have already recommended this company to my sister.

Overall, I had a decent experience. I believe this project was complete in October 2016. The initial meeting went well. There was a reschedule due to rain and for some reason they left my wood fence parts out not even behind my yard (I live in a townhouse) closer to the street area. At first I thought our HOA was doing work on something and came to find out that it was for my project. I think neighbors wondered what it was doing out so far and I didn't like how it could have been taken at any point in time. I contacted the service once I realized that this piece of wood was for a fence and more importantly my fence and the person on the phone pretended as if he didn't know of any delivery of my items. Except he was the same one that said that they had to hold off and reschedule due to rain. So, that was off putting but the workers actually performed a timely service once they arrived and finished earlier than expected. They accidentally cut a wire so I went without cable and internet for a day or two but that was merely an accident.

They were very professional. Showed up on time, with 30 minute notice to do estimate. Good value for the price. Workmen showed up exactly when stated. Worked quickly and cleanly.

I looked for a company or independent to replace 22 ft of board on board fence, only a couple of vendors replied to my request. Gary Smith of MC Fence called and e-mailed me a professional bid. Approximately one week later Jeff from production called and was extremely helpful in planning. Finally, Jason and Santiago arrived and replaced the existing fence. Jason took pride in his work, very meticulous but also open to input; great associate to have on a team.

Dedicated, professional, and quality-focused

I would have like to have given them a better review, I decided to use them even though their quote was higher than the other contractor I got a quote from - what a mistake. Although for the most part, the fence they installed looks fine, there were several things that were not done right, or as promised. The VP of Sales became angry, and very unprofessional. Instead of being professional, the VP of Sales felt that it was more important to "put me in my place" for not being completely happy with the work that was done. Had my issues been addressed and corrected, this review would have been much different. They have clearly chosen not to correct those things that should be corrected (in fact, to my knowledge, no one ever came out to check the work after the install was complete). Had this happened, I am pretty sure these things could have been corrected quickly. I would not recommend them.

Great product and workmanship. The installers were friendly and professional. KC was knowledgeable, straight forward and honest. I loved that he cared about vets and their families. I would recommend!
