Don’t let the name fool you. Looney’s is brilliant when it comes to tiling kitchens and bathrooms. When contractors did a horrendous tiling job on our kitchen that I thought was beyond repair, Looney’s took it as a personal mission to not only repair the damage to the walls, but to also bring a level of perfection and service to the job that I have never witnessed before in a service profession. We were so impressed with the knowledge, ability, professionalism and attention to detail that when I came time to clean and regrout the tile in the two upstairs bathrooms, the call went straight to Looneys. The technicians show up when promised (with a call about 30 minutes before to let us know he was on the way), and he even take shoes off inside the house (which we require in our house, but many service people fail to do). We are extremely pleased and when we’re ready to get the other stuff fixed, we’ll definitely call Looney’s for an estimate. There is none other.

Great company to work with. Easy to reach, responsive, just great communication. Employees on time and polite, professional. My floors look brand new! I expected the grout to look new, but even the tiles look new. My floors look better than they have ever looked in the 26 years we've lived here. Sadrack returned the following day for small touch ups (that I would not have noticed) and to apply caulk around the toilets in two bathrooms. Above and beyond - pride in workmanship. I highly recommend Looney's.

I was very impressed with Looney's from the first phone contact, visit for the estimates, scheduling, work performed, and payment options. All the employees were courteous, informative, and helpful in my decision regarding the work to be done. The workman was prompt, efficient, and did a wonderful job. The shower looks brand new as does the kitchen floor. Thanks to Michael Looney and his staff for another job well done!

Fantastic! I live in a 26-year old home and the floors they re-grouted now look BRAND NEW! I have used Looney's Tile several times over the years and I have always been extremely pleased. Everyone, from the owner, to the person who answers the phone, to the person quoting & doing the work - is incredibly friendly, professional, patient and does excellent work. I can't say enough great things about them!

The communication with the office was excellent! Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful any time we spoke. The installers were on time, polite, very skilled in their installation. They also cleaned up well!! Matt, the project supervisor, was also friendly and helpful. There was an oversight that required some remediation. They took responsibility immediately and to my satisfaction. In fact the way they handled an error, which is bound to happen from time to time, deserves high praise. In addition to high quality work, they have high quality character.

This is the second time that I've used Looney's. Like the last time the whole process was handled well and professionally. Everything was well done. The estimate process was quick and straight forward and the scheduling was easy as well. For all the work I received ample notice of the timeframe when the workers would arrive, and they usually arrived at the early end of the scheduled time. The work itself was done over three days and they paid attention to the details, to the point where they came back to fix a issue that was not up to their standards, and before I noticed.

Looney's is fantastic. I originally had them out to repair some tile in a bathroom. I was so impressed with their service and knowledge that we called them back when it was time to do our mudroom. What an outstanding team. They checked with us throughout the project. The finished project is excellent. Would rehire in a heartbeat.

We recently had Looney’s replace the tile in a corner shower and tub surround. You could not find a more customer-oriented, personable, and quality-focused company. We even interviewed numerous companies and Looney’s was the only one that offered options to stay within our budget. Mike clearly explained their process and Martha, Mary and Frank patiently answered our many questions while ensuring that we were 100% happy with the final results. Alex provided excellent workmanship and did a beautiful job with the installation. We look forward to working with Looney’s again and have also recommended them to our friends and neighbors.

AMAZING! We have worked with many contractors and subcontractors over the years. This team was by far the very best we've ever used. Not only was the finished product beautiful and exceeded our expectations, the communication, clean up and production was easy and stress free start to finish. Not the cheapest guys in town but you do get what you pay for - well worth the wait and cost. Can't wait to start another bathroom project.

Great job! They came on time. We used their shower re-fresh special which included deep cleaning the shower and caulking around the bottom, around the fixtures, etc. They were attentive to details like white caulk around the bottom and almond around the fixtures. Thorough and clean. Office staff were helpful and prompt with communication.

From the first contact until the last, Looney's Tile and Grout staff were completely professional, friendly, informative and prompt. They followed through on everything we discussed. And, of course, their work speaks for itself - my bathroom looks like new. Martha, Franks, Santos and Giovanni are fantastic. I will use their services again without even considering going somewhere else for tile work.

Great job. I made a big fat mess in trying to remove old, cracked caulking around the top edge of a bathtub myself. But Looney's artistic tile and grout man saved the day when he came to the house, cleaned up my mess, and then ran a beautiful line of caulking around the top of the tub and up the corners of the tile walls, too. Real nice work. Thank you, Looney's.

The whole process was handled well and professionally. Outside of a little delay in getting a estimate for the work (Quote request was made on 1/22 first contact was 1/28) everything was well done. The estimate process was quick and straight forward and the scheduling was easy as well. One the day of the job, they showed up on time and took the time to do a thorough and professional job. All in all a good experience and well worth the cost. Would definitely hire again.

Looney’s Tile and Grout did an outstanding job in removing my outdated white subway tile kitchen backsplash and installed a beautiful mosaic and travertine backsplash! It looks incredible! I am very pleased! Frank and Giovanni were very professional and polite, on time, and very good in communicating the time they would be arriving. I hired Looney's Tile and Grout for my bathroom remodel, specifically a shower re-tiling job. My tile floor was also re-sealed. The company's owner came out and gave me an estimate in person. The estimate was slightly below other competitive estimates I had received. I chose this company based on my realtor's recommendation as I am placing my home on the market for sale. The admin staff was attentive to my scheduling needs. The job was completed in 3 days. They provided me with exact measurements of what was needed to complete the job, and I purchased the materials myself to save additional money. If I have another job to do like this, loonies tile and grout will be the 1st company I'm calling for an estimate.

They only caulked, I thought they would grout too.

The project was completed flawlessly. The installer (subcontractor) was careful to align the tiles with matching tiles in the adjacent room even to the poing of cutting the tile length to appear to be an extension of the existing tiles. Very pleased. Due previous experience with other contractors, I paid for all required materials according to a list provided by the contractor. The only glitch was that the contractor's list called for only 4 sheets of plywood sub-floor, but 13 sheets were needed. This added a few hours to the project for delivery of the extra plywood. The price wasn't the lowest (one lower price was too low to believe), and certainly not the highest quoted price. Business communication was troublesome: After the work was completed there was no communication from the contractor. Almost two weeks later, I got an alert from my bank about two transactions, one for almost $1800.00 and another for $0.00, on my primary credit card by an entity using a four letter acronym I could not identify. Searches of email correspondence, Google, and other sources did not produce any recognizable entity. I called my bank and after several attempts they could not identify the source of the charges. A fraud case was implemented and my credit card was cancelled. Later, I called the number that the bank provided (which was not the contractors number and not on the bank record) and found the acronym used on the charge was from the contractor. I called the bank back and got the fraud investigation cancelled but my credit card still had to be cancelled, since this is my primary method of payment for everything, the colateral damage is/will be significant. A simple email, text, or phone call to me from the contractor before charging my credit card would have saved me a lot of trouble.

After some false starts the work went very well.

It was excellent and customer service was thru the roof. I say that bc we were pressed to get the work performed. The cleaner took time before heading out of town for vacation to perform the work.
