Everything went well. They were very accommodating even coming on a day they had to originally be out of town.

Beautifully done! Frank was right on time and the results were excellent. He recommended and executed some caulking I wouldn't have thought of. Inexpensive with Angie's List coupon.

Mike came out to assess and provided quote minutes after being onsite. He didn't have his moisture reader with him but came out the following week with it so that he could recommend how long our shower should dry out before re grouting. We ended up separating each job over 6 weeks to accommodate project and drying times. The same tech came out for both jobs. Polite, friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite was that we were able to schedule in advance and I got an email reminder the day before. I also got a follow up call the next day to confirm all went well.

They did very professional work and were a pleasure to deal with throughout the process.

The work tile work they actually did do turned out good. But we had to hire someone off craigslist to finish the whole project! unbelievable. They didn't show up for a few days and we had to get the job done. one worker just walked out when we asked him to level the mirror better. They put back the door frames all wrong and I cant close 2 out of 3 of the doors. from day 1 demolition, (well really day 2 because they didn't even start on time) they knew the wall needed to be replaced to continue the project, and still a week and half later it still wasn't done. Thats when we eventually hired someone else to finish. Don't hire them if you want your project to be done in a timely manor. Horrible coordination.

The shower is awesome now. Mr. Looney was a very pleasant man and the men working with him were professional and great as well.

Arrived right on time, was professional and courteous, and very knowledgeable. He walked me through the work as he performed the fix, explained exactly what the problem was, and was very quick (he even patiently waited as I took about 3 work calls and then spilled the shop vac he needed everywhere lol). Above and beyond service; I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use again.

Went well overall. There were some scheduling issues due to an employee injury. That's completely understandable, but I felt like I had to make an extra effort to stay on top of the service after that. They did an excellent job on the service when performed.

From getting an estimate to work completion, each person we spoke to and/or worked with, was very courteous and professional. The tile grout in our bathrooms looks better now when the house was just built.

We requested a quote on additional work because of the size of our shower & owner, Michael Looney, came to do an estimate & explain the procedures they would take. We agreed to the extra cost & work began 15 days later. We had a cleaning session that revealed more drying time was required to prevent a recurrence of the mold & a second session to grout, the now dry shower, & finish up. All our contacts with Looney's were positives - from the owner to the scheduler/Client Services Coordinator, Amy, and the two technicians who completed the work. We would recommend Looney's for the type of work we had done. They were punctual, thorough and neat and the shower looks 100% better than before.

We remodeled our master bath several years ago but we started seeing a coloring of the grout. We thought it needed to be regrouted but that did not work. When I thought it might be mold, I looked on Angie's list and found Looneys. I cannot say enough about Franks, the supervisor of the Northern VA area. I told them that I was easy to deal with if they just communicated with me regarding the status of the job. Both Franks and Amy were wonderful in letting me always know what was going on. What started out as a replacement of the floor and lower walls of the shower quickly became a much bigger deal. It turns out the mold had crept into the plywood so they ended up taking out all of the tile and replacing the shower bench and 2 layers of plywood. My husband decided to take a peek at what was going on and stepped unto the drywall of the ceiling below. The result was a major hole in the ceiling our laundry room. The next day the guys cleaned up my husband's mess and proceeded to patch the ceiling and put up new drywall. It is now repainted and there is no way that one would ever know. They did an excellent job. Back to the shower. As it was not that old, it was important that we could reuse the fixtures and custom made shower door. One of the fixtures had a potential problem with the value and Franks did not want to put it back in when there was a possibility it could go bad. He worked for a couple of days trying to find a replacement. In the end he had the existing valve rebuilt. At first he was told our custom shower door was not going to work and we needed to buy a new one. Feeling my distress, Franks got them to get another crew for a second opinion. They were able to install it and it looks perfect. Franks is so patient to deal with and so accommodating. He also was very good at always keeping in touch. As this project keep getting deeper, Looney could have really jacked up the price for each part of the extra work that was uncovered. But they did not. I thought they were reasonable every time something new was added to the project. I would definitely recommend them. The only people I worked with were Franks and Amy. If they are on your project...A+++

The experience was excellent from initial contact with Looney's to finished product. The old caulk was removed and the new caulking looks great. The area was completely clean, and the technician was courteous and very skilled at his job. I am very happy with the service performed and highly recommend Looney's.

All the staff I dealt with at Looney's were courteous and professional. They sent someone out to perform an initial assessment before performing any work so they could determine the required materials and check for any issues that might go beyond the scope of what was contracted. The work itself was performed quickly and the result looks terrific.

They were very, very good. They did the best they could, they couldn't get all the grout cleaned in my shower. They did a very good job with caulking around the shower. I have small tile, and that makes it hard to get it clean. They are very, very professional.
