Description of Work: They were very professional in manner. I had renters in the townhouse and they worked with me and them to make repairs convenient for both of us. My renter wanted to see the bill and they were kind enough under my instructions, not to let them see it.

Description of Work: Mr. Looney came to the house to assess the work that needed to be done. We then set an appointment for two weeks. I received a follow up call and reminder call. Mr. Looney is very professional and did a terrific job recaulking our master bedroom shower. He completed a thorough job and it looked like it was brand new. I will definite,y use his services again.

Description of Work: We started out with their deal; $99 for 2 hours of grout repair and caulking. | |Mr. Looney was great, and did great work making our tub and surround look good again. At the end of that we agreed on him removing and re-tiling our bathroom floor. | |We did some of the prep work (removing vanity and toilet, etc.). His employee removed the old tile and cement board and replaced it with new that we purchased ahead of time. | |The work was great, and was done at a good value for the quality. | |The only criticism is that the employee was a little short on supplies a couple of times. When the old cement board was pulled, we decided the subfloor needed a little reinforcement, so I went to buy a piece of pressure-treated plywood. The employee didn't have a circular saw on his truck to cut it to size and shape. I had one handy so it was no big deal. Just a little odd. | |After the tile was set, the employee didn't have the right color grout on his truck. Again, nothing drastic. Just a little odd. | |On the whole, I would definitely reccomend Looneys and work with this company again.

Description of Work: The job was to regrout the tile in master bath. This shower had not been regrouted since the house was built 40 years ago. The result is a shower that looks like new! Mr. Looney himself did the job and was very professional, explained what the job entailed and took the necessary time to complete. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Bought the deal for 2 hours of service. Mike came out to do an assessment and in discussion with him, it was clear that the bath that I wanted repairs done would require retiling. I didn't want to do that but they regrouted the shower and fixed some cracking grout in the master bath for the 2 hours of labor. Nathiniel who performed the work was very courteous and professional. Great work by the company.

Description of Work: They cleaned all my grout and tile on my floor and at the end it looked brand new again. They also sealed the grout. They do all work by hand not with a machine so as to insure no spot is left undone. Although the cost is high I think it is well worth it. Chris Wilcoc

Description of Work: Although they did not show up at the scheduled time, the technician did call and said they were going to be late. The quality of work was great, they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I would gladly recommend them to my friends and family.

He explained where he would work with each color, and did a great job. He left us instructions on how long to wait before using the shower again and future cleaning suggestions.
