Description of Work: Re-caulked and cleaned the grout in all areas in master bathroom including shower,tub surround, and entire floor. The bathroom now looks fantastic. It was a positive experience from start to finish. Everyone in the company - Mr. Looney who came to do the assessment, Amy in the office scheduling the appointment, and Giovani who did the work - was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend Looney's Tile & Grout, and will use them again myself.

Description of Work: They re-grouted the shower in the MBR, re-caulked the MBR and cleaned the tile floor. The tech, Juan Carlos, appeared on time and worked diligently all day to complete the work. He worked in a professional manner, had a wide assortment of tools, and followed good safety practices (wore a mask, etc). He cleaned up when finished and left the MBR in excellent shape. The work looks first class. I would certainly use them again if needed.

Description of Work: They did a great job - they found that additional shower tiles needed to be removed and put back in, which they did. There was an additional charge, but it was reasonable. It always makes me uncomfortable when workers come in and immediately start in on up-charges, but these guys did not do that - the work really needed to be done.

Description of Work: Big Deal tile & grout cleaning and recaulking for our master bathroom shower, plus add-on grout sealing. They were able to fit us in earlier than expected and completed the job almost exactly on the estimated time to finish. Thoroughly professional from the initial call to schedule the appointment all the way to the clean up before leaving after finishing the job. We are very pleased and are happy to recommend Looney's for such tile and grout work.

Description of Work: We had a leak in our tub/shower. Plumber was out to repair then we had a spot in the tile that needed to be redone. We selected the tile (knowing we could not match what was in the rest of the shower), Looney's did the tile work. Job went great, they did a terrific job. Very pleased with the work.
