Everything went exactly as agreed.
Description of Work: The tile soap dish had fallen off of the wall and several areas needed to be re-caulked. I looked into buying the materials it wasn't worth it. I had ignored the problem for several months, it was the guest bath and I didn't have any guests. And then suddenly I was going to have company for a week. I called Looney, they were out the next day, gave me a bid, scheduled they work to be completed before my guests arrived. They showed up on time as agreed, did the work as agreed, charged me what we had agreed to, and I am very satisfied.

Michael was punctual and was completely prepared with all tools and materials needed. Michael worked diligently for two full days, did a thorough and professional job, and he left the bathroom immaculate and looking brand new. Michael was very professional and responsive from the estimate through job completion. Michael also has a great attitude, is very courteous and reliable. He did what he said he would do, efficiently, professionally and thoroughly.
Description of Work: Michael Looney completely restored our master bathroom to like new condition. Michael ground out and replaced all the grout, repaired loose tiles and replaced broken tiles.

It's a small company, and he was courteous and prompt. He took a 15 year old bathroom, and made it look brand new. I thought it was kind of expensive, but it's worth it. We are going to use him soon to do the other bathroom.

Our tile looks gorgeous. He gave us great instruction on how to clean the floor. He is very professional and cleaned up after himself. He was very careful and put up protectors to make sure the walls did not get messed up. He treated my home as it was his. He was always on time and when he was here he would always stay focused and on task. His personality is very warm and extremely professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs tile or grout restoration. Our carpets look beautiful.
Description of Work: He came and gave us an estimate for grout restoration. He steamed clean the tile and grout and after this was completed he let it dry. The same afternoon he came back to do the grout restoration. Two days later he came back and sealed the grout. We liked the restoration so much, we had him come back to clean our carpets.

Mr. Looney was excellent from the estimate through the completion of the job. He was prompt, on-time with appointments and an extremely hard worker. He took pride in his work and explained it in detail.
Description of Work: Re-grouted and re-caulked master bath shower; deep cleaned all tile, glass and shower tray; sealed all grout; and repaired a large crack in grout.

When I called them, the guy was like super friendly and very out going, he just answered all my questions. He was just very personable. They spent about 7 hours cutting out all the old caulk and grout, really cleaning it up. I didn't ask him to repair the tiles but he just saw that they needed repair and he did it for me. I would definitely say he went above and beyond. I think he was very reasonably priced, he took a lot of time and energy into the work he does and for the amount of money that he charged. He was here a really long time. He was clean, he cleaned up his mess, it was very good. A very good experience.
Description of Work: Re caulked and sealed the tiles my two bathrooms and he did some tile repair work. Pulled old tiles out, re grouted it and repaired it and put it back in.

Michael was very professional during the entire process. While there are def contractors to do it for cheaper, I felt his price is fair since he was out here for 4-5 hours working on the shower. He did a professional job on the services performed described above and I would definitely use him again and invite him to bid on future projects I may have.

To your point you can find a cheaper price out there however it does not equal quality, we take our time to do a complete neat and professional job with the very best caulks and sealers on the market today to allow for a lasting wear time in high traffic areas such as baths and showers enclosures. Our caulks are mold and mildew resistant and has a lasting wear time of up to 50 years ( special ordered ) and our grout and natural stone sealers have up to 15 year wear time guarding against stains and keeping moisture from penetrating the porous of the grout which guards against unsightly mold from growing. We're so happy when it finished. It look like we have a new bath tub and new walls. We appreciate Mike's hard work and we like him because he used best products, his price was reasonable, he came earlier than his appointment time and he was very thorough and diligent . Next day, he called me that he wanted to come back to caulk some walls that he did not caulk because they were still wet from regrouting. Mike took his job very seriously. I am so blessed for having him regrout, caulk and cleaned my bath tub and walls. I could not believe Mike could clean my yellowish dirty tub that I have been trying to clean and turn that tub white again. I underestimated Mike when he told me that he could make my tub and walls like new but he did. Well done and thank you, Mike.
Description of Work: I saw a big deal coupon in Angie List for regrouting shower stall for standard 3x3 shower 2 1/3 walls. I don't have a shower stall but I want to regrout my walls surrounding my bath tub, so I called Mike and asked if he could regrout my bath tub walls. Mike told me that he could do it with an additional charge. I also asked if he could clean my bath tub because it has been years the tub was yellow- brownish color that I could not get rid with any chemicals I tried in the market. Mike came earlier than the appointment time. So after looking at the condition of my bath tub and walls surrounding bath tub, Mike gave me the price to regrout and he gave me price for cleaning the bath tub if he was able to do it. His price was a reasonable and comparable to other contractors because I got quotes from other companies. I asked him the name of product he used for regrout, caulk and clean the tub. Mike used the best product in the market for regrout, caulk and clean the bath tub. Not product I could find in Home Depot or Lowes. so He started regrouting my bath tub walls. Mike was very detailed, diligent and took every steps with so much care. It looked like he treated my bath like he regrouted his own bath. After he finished regrouting, he caulked the walls. Lastly, he scrubbed my bath tub. It's kind like magic watching my bath tub turned from yellow- brownist dirty tub into white tub,like snow.

The grout in between the shower tiles was in bad shape. Had considered replacing tiles but that project was a bit outside current budget. Decided to have shower re-grouted and re-caulked. Michael provided an estimate and answered a lot of questions about the process. He was quick to respond to followup questions. Worked with us to schedule appointment on dates that worked for us. This is a 2 day process, since sealing has to be done 12-24 hrs after grouting. On the day of appointment Michael was running a bit late but called to let us know which was very much appreciated. The project was finished on time. And as promised the shower looked like new...like it was re-tiled.

On time at 8:00 AM. Impressive technology housed in a trailer with all cleaning supplies. Cleaned grout with high pressure water and steam. Bathroom floor and shower look like new! Sealed grout to prevent discoloration. A great alternative to replacing tile and grout. The bathroom looks like it did when we bought the house 6 years ago. The company manager and assistant worked over 6 hours without a break. Fantastic results. I couldn't be happier.
