It was excellent and customer service was thru the roof. I say that bc we were pressed to get the work performed. The cleaner took time before heading out of town for vacation to perform the work.

Excellent. I had been fighting over the years to re-caulk problem areas myself, and I did a horrendous job. Ramon showed up when promised (with a call about 30 minutes before to let us know he was on the way), and he even took his shoes off inside the house (which we don't require in our house, but it was appreciated). He worked hard, scrubbing and cleaning the grout, and pulling out all of my terrible caulk work. He re-caulked everything, and even pointed out other areas in our bathroom that we should think about having fixed in the future (he's right). He also caulked an area that our builder should have caulked, but never did. Our shower looked GREAT after he was done. We are very happy, and when we're ready to get the other stuff fixed (tile floor), we'll definitely call Looney's for an estimate.

I don’t know where to start! I started my Master Bathroom project with Looney Tile & Grout in July 2017 and ended it in October 2017. To no fault of their own, it took that long. But I have to say, I LOVE THEIR WORK. I spent a lot more monies than intended, but you get what you pay for. Also, I have an older home / recently moved in, so there were some known issues and unknown issues in the bathroom that they took care of for me. I’ll try just to mention the highlights, as it was a long project and so much happened. First, I would like to say, I LOVE AMY!!! I primary dealt with her on my project. She was essentially the project manager / coordinator. I can’t forget Michael Looney, the owner who came out and gave me estimate / proposal. Also, I can’t forget the entire team from tile guys (James / Dustin / Erskin), to plumbers, electricians and general contractor (Dana). Everyone was great. Not perfect, but great. No one is perfect. Two, I had several issues with one of my vendors for bathroom accessories. One of them… Michael / Amy took the lead on that issue for me and due to their hard work, got a credit from that vendor for the item they sent me in the wrong color. Another refund issue with that same vendor, Amy went ahead and credited me a refund, so I didn’t have to have an extended wait on the vendor. Three, communication was great thru the entire project. Communication was a little heavy at the beginning, but it was quickly adjusted and it was great. Three, a special shoot out to James and Dana. James for the fantastic tile work he did in the bathroom! Dana for the great job of putting in all the accessories. With this type of job and duration especially, I couldn’t be there all of the time. I built a professional trust with these guys and they never let me down! One more shot out to Dana for coming to my house several times and working with me to get all the accessories installed just the way I wanted them. He even ensured I got a quote for another project that is needed, unrelated to the bathroom! Lastly, I want to foot stomp, Looney Tile & Grout is not perfect. I don’t think there are any perfect people or businesses, because there were areas of improvement. But as I hope you can tell I am thoroughly please with their work; they did a phenomenal job on my Master Bathroom and I WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN ON MY GUEST BATHROOM!!! They are well worth the money. It is very true what they say….. Bathrooms and kitchens sell homes, don’t skimp on either one of those projects! Don’t forget to check out my before and after pictures.

I can not praise Mauricio enough that gave me the estimate for the work as well as performed the work itself. Mauricio is friendly, professional, neat and clean with his work./cleaning up afterwards, meticulous, and on time. I am a very particular person regarding my home and how it is treated. Of all the people that I have had do repairs for me, Mauricio is by far the most considerate and respectful of others' homes. It was a true pleasure to have met Mauricio and to have him do work in my home. Almost every time the man that I am seeing comes over he says "That guy did a great job on your tiles!" And, when he is ready for his tiles to be re-grouted, he is definitely asking for Mauricio to do his work. Also, both Amber and Amy in the office were a joy to work with. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome of Mauricio's work! My apology for taking so long to write this review. I highly recommend Looney's Tile and Grout.

The work was excellent. All the staff was professional and courteous. However, it took almost 2 months to get the job completed. I needed to have the job done on a specific day of the week, so it took a while to get the inspection scheduled, and then had to wait over a month between the time of the inspection and the work getting completed. The work was done very well, just know that you can't get work scheduled quickly unless you are willing to miss work to accommodate their schedule.

I haven't worked with them yet. They were on time.

We could not have been happier with Looney's Tile and Grout Service. We needed to have our bathrooms caulked and they did the work over three visits. On the first visit, Mr. Mooney explained to us what work needed to be done to ensure that the bathrooms were caulked correctly. He is such a professional person and it's easy to see why the company is successful. On the next two visits, we had Frank come over and perform the caulking. He was so courteous and professional and calmly walked through the entire process with us before performing it. After the process was finished, he explained everything very clearly and patiently! On the second visit, Frank came with Ramon and they both were as professional and efficient as can be. As you can see, we thoroughly enjoyed the service we received from Looney's. We strongly recommend them for any caulking and grouting needs and I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

The first day the workers were to arrive, they did not show up. Nor, did they call to let me know they had been delayed. Mr. Looney is very good. The floor he cleaned looks perfect. Unfortunately, the people he has hired do not share his work ethic and the work in the other rooms is sloppy.

My husband and I contacted Looney's about our bathroom tile. We were impressed with the initial visit where a person came out and discussed our situation as well as the process. When the first day came, there was a mix up where the team had gone to the wrong job. We got in contact with Looney's who apologized for the mix up and they came the next day. The workers were very quiet and professional. Overall, I am mostly satisfied except for the threshold. We had a marble threshold already in place, that we were hoping to reuse. It broke into three pieces while they were removing it, which they had explained was a potential risk, so my husband had to go out that evening and buy a new marble threshold for them to install the following day. However, once they had the new piece we had just purchased, it broke during the installation into three pieces-- exactly like the first one for which we had bought this replacement. Nothing was said until the reveal when we saw that it was broken and the workers were leaving. When we questioned them about it, they informed us that they had to break it to get it in there, leaving us wondering why they had us buy a new one instead of reusing the broken one. Also, the pieces are not perfectly straight. The floor is beautiful as is the tub surround. I would consider hiring again to do backsplash as well as shower in the future.

They just gave me an estimate. We got a lower price so we went elsewhere.

I was very impressed by Mauricio that did the service. HE was on time and was very professional! Very pleased with the work he did! I would definitely refer Looney's Tile and Grout Restoration to my friends and neighbors!

Looney Tile did a great job and our Master Bath tile looks like new! Frank was very professional. I highly recommend them!

They were responsive and did the work. There was one worker and he left the area clean.

I highly recommend this company. They were timely, professional, and responsive. They answered questions and didn't try to "up sell", which I appreciated. My only regret with this project is that I didn't have it done sooner.

The process from start to finish could not have been any better. Mauricio came out to do the assessment and estimate. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, was punctual, thorough, efficient, and courteous - everything you would want in a technician. Before leaving, he got my work/repair scheduled with the main office and then was on his way. I saw Mauricio again when he came back to do the work, and again, he called to say he was on his way, was punctual, thorough, efficient, and courteous. He did an amazing job and my shower looks awesome! Everyone at Looneys was great to work with and we'll definitely be recommending them to others.

Looney's technician did an excellent grouting and caulking job in each of our two bathrooms. He explained the problem areas, how the work that had been done by the previous company was completed inefficiently making the grout crumble versus they way he would be doing it. His work was professionally done and our two showers looked absolutely fabulous when he was finished. We paid for a coupon from Angie's List for caulking the one shower (can't recall the amount) and then $495 for the grout job. We'd definitely hire them again! Kudos and thanks Looney's for a job well done!

Tile cosmetic work was pretty good. Never resolved the leak, which was my primary objective.

Michael Looney is one of those guys you just know is going to win at life. His professionalism and enthusiasm for his work set him apart from most all contractors I have previously dealt with. The quote process, appointment scheduling and work all went very smoothly. The newly grouted and sealed stall looks great. Mr. Looney left no trace that he had been there. That's huge. Glad to know guys like this exist. I would highly recommend Looney’s Tile and Grout.
